@@gopinathc.y3891 yes it can be done and most of Karnataka will be covered in those lines. But the only problem is our western ghats are very fragile and sensitive zones so doing lines through those will damage that eco system. For the same reason talaguppa to the honnavara railway line is yet to get approval is still pending from decades. Only because the forest and environment department don't approve it.
