There should be a law where trucks must go on left side on road. 4 lane is not enough to maintain average 80kmph if trucks go on both left and right side.

in chitoor road itself i reached in 4h30m that too when construction was going, in this express way 2h30m to 3 hr we can as bikes are not allowed so less distractions

For me as a resident who was living near poonamalee inbetween 2018 to 2021 , this phase 4 is very very important , starting from maduravoyal the traffic is very very hectic, even inside chennai this amount of traffic cannot be seen , that is trucks and buses occupy almost 70% of the traffic and cost so much reduction of speed of traffic , pray that they finish the this project first and then also the metro orange line project as well.
Interstate trucks will drastically reduce once DFC becomes operational...

Via Hosur road will be useful once this new expressway opened. Majority logistics vehicle use that expressway so Hosur road no of vehicles reduced then we can save time and fuel I think.

As a tamil, and a muslim, I do not like BJP and their politics. But I will give it to them they have always been pro development and do some of the best infra upgrades when in power to help Indias growth for next few decades. In 2000s I remember Vajpayee sir do the golden quadrilateral which really was such a boon. Then this Modi govt has done a lot more in the last 10 years. Esp I will appreciate Gadkari sir. Inshallah these expressways will propel India's growth story to ever greater heights in the next decades. My only request to my fellow Indians - please use these expressway as your new iphone or tv. follow the rules and be respectful of the infrastructure. no point blaming the govt later when we cant drive properly on lanes and not keep it clean. Gadkari sir should bring strict laws for trucks to keep only left lane.

Not only road infra the BJP govt has developed, they have also developed railways with fast passenger trains and goods trains, improved amenities in railway stations, modernisation of networking systems etc. similarly airways has improved vastly with so many new places connected by air. The electricity generation with solar power, telecom industry, Defence industry , agriculture and SME sector have undergone vast improvements.

As of today Wat u said is right… once Sriperumbudur connects to maduravoyil elevated expressway and hoskote to Outer Ring Road… Then it will be 3-4 hours max for total travel… but it will be possible oly by 2025 I guess… But possible

Andhra Pradesh is the Principal beneficiary of this project, as they expect development around this new road. Also most of the road run thru Andhra & then via Karnataka.

Bangalore to Mysore earlier was taking 4 hours after expressway it takes 1 hour 15mins at 80kmphr. Could the congress or the Stalin govt build such roads or will they even dream of?
3 hrs, but By reaching outer (Hoskote intersection and Devanahalli intersection) to Bangalore it will take minimum 2 to 3 hrs from outer to reach your homes in Bangalore due to traffic jams, similar from Sri perumbudur to Chennai also it takes minimum 2 hrs due to traffic, to total travel time taken will be 5 to 6 hrs

Very informative video. I doubt if it a Chennai Bengaluru journey can be completed in 2 hours. 4-5 hours seems realistic. It takes more than 1 hour to get out of Chennai and similarly with Bengaluru. Both are big Metro cities.

This is possible.... Bangalore to mysore is taking 1 hour in express highway instead of 3 hours... so 2 hrs for chennai is possible... also... no disturbances in that road like crossing, animals coming to road... irregular driving, etc.

B'lore to Hoskote - 2 hrs
Hoskote to Sriprabudur - 4 hrs
Sriperumbudur to Chennai City - 2 hrs
Total - 8 hours journey

Good presentation, but unfortunately with wrong informations! Each side is 11.5 meters width (including 3 meters paved shoulder for emergency stop), not 7.5 meters as sown in video. There will be a fence/wall on each side to prevent animals / pedestrian crossing. Please check Delhi Mumbai expressway videos in UA-cam to understand the standards of access controlled expressways.
Hoskote need to be connected to outer ring road by elevated highway. Otherwise vehicles will be slowed due heavy traffic between Hoskote and ORR. Separate side lane required for breakdown vehicles or for any emergency stop.

I am from mevallurkuppam. My experience Because of industries like Huyandai etc problem starts from Nazerth pet More so in Tirumizhai junction. Fruitnik Junction near Savitha medical and Hyundai junctions . Busses donot stop no proper Bus stop . Will the authorities put display boards for Bustops in service lane . In mevallurkuppam all vehicles are parked making it as goose neck and accidents .

Going by the commentator , the width of the road on each side is 3 .75 metres. That means the width of the road is only 11 feet. It should be 7😊.5 metres, which could mean 120 feet on each side which is reasonable.
In the above is 37.5 metres instead of 3.75 metres as per the commentator.

Bro its possible to reach in 2.5 hours. I live in Canada and our highway speed limit where I live is 100. Next big city for us is 174km and we usually reach in under 2 hours. Here with a speed limit of 120 its quite possible to reach in 2.5 hours

In England, the road you use to join the express way is called slip road. The slip road is used to speed up the vehicle and join the express way vehicles at high speed. Our drivers should be educated properly. Because if People don't know how to use slip road properly, they may block the express way unnecessarily.
