THE CAPTAIN!!! Kareem is not only a class act...he is class personified and when one torch is passed, from Wilt to Kareem...Kareem gives it to LeBron!!! I admit I'm emotional seeing LeBron break the record because I didn't think it would ever be broken but LeBron did it. LeBron really did it. We need to give him his flowers 💐 😭 but LeBron needs to go get ring number 5.
kareem is a grumpy old jab shill
He was maaaaaaad
Cap has only been classy since he retired. You’re obviously too young to remember how he was when he played.
@@MouadS10 Lol it took LeBron 20 years to break the record Kareem held whilst only making 1 3pointer his entire career....

Basketball was everything for my life in those days, and I was always mimicking his plays and impressed by him.
It is amazing that he has been a top player thorough out his 20 year career.

LeBron getting emotional after every achievement he’s reached still 20 years later after all he’s done just shows he still has that kid in him from Akron, Ohio and is always reminded how hard he’s worked his whole life for the game that he loves and dedicates to do much to a point he’s achieving goals he didn’t even think he could achieve. LeBron still getting emotional just shows how humbled he is and doesn’t forget where he came from. Thank you LeBron for giving us history to witness and a king to look up to even on our down days 👑🙌🏽
As a kid, this record felt like it would never be broken. Probably won’t be ever again. Glad I got to witness it in my lifetime.
Records are meant to be broken. Everyone said Michael Schumacher 's 7 WDC would never be equal or beaten, Lewis Hamilton proved otherwise, and had not it been for that 2021 robbery, it would have been broken.
They literally stopped the game for him…
Never gonna happen again …
that happens when u become the best
Well I mean the game also stopped when curry broke ray Allen’s 3 pt record,so maybe when someone breaks another major record like John Stockton’s assist or steal or Hakeem’s block record it will also stop
they do it when records are broken. they did it with Curry too
They stopped the game in 1984 when Kareem passed Wilt.
Congrats Lebron🥳 20 years of hardwork and sacrifice in the league and now standing alone above all. Truly incredible.
Excellence at its best! Thank you LeBron for being a great example of what hard work and dedication can do for anyone.
I admire his determination to stay in great physical condition all these years. Kareem as well. Discipline, focus. Drive.
Love him or hate him, we’re gonna miss this man when he retires 😔😔
You can tell Kareem wish he could roll the clock back competitive 🔥
Kareem is probably upset they lost the game too, haha
Crazy to watch this journey, #1 Overall pick, deemed the chosen one, Controls a conference for a decade wins 4 rings 3 in different cities, passes Kareem in scoring and is also #4 in career assists and could end up #3 or #2 if he plays a few more years. Really hope AD gets healthy so they can go on a run.
AD will never be healthy, he is Mr. Glass
Street clothes Davis will never be consistently healthy. I’m pretty sure his body is made of glass.

I've been watching this guy since I was a freshman in college, going through my first heartbreak with my high-school gf. I'm now pushing 40, married, 2 kids, with one about to start high school. Time flies
I love Kareem, what a classy guy. Not enough respect for him from basketball casuals. The greatest overall resume from high school, college and NBA.
Without question the greatest resume!
The most winning player on the court and the "number 1". Just like Lebron.
A lock for the top 3 players ever.
Last Season, Steph became the all time leader in 3 points and won a chip, and LBJ broke a 40 year old record this season. Two Legends in the making.
When they are gone we gonna miss those two legends. But we still get Luka and Giannis.
both born in same hospital
At this point, Steph will never reach those highs. Congrats to king James👑
@@q.lewbeats somethings in the air at that hospital. I'll make sure my child is born there.
Not 2 legends in the making. They already made men, handcrafted and forged by fire 🔥 💯
This is a once in a lifetime moment. I don't know if any other NBA player will be able to beat this record
Lol it will be broken in 18 years. Doesn't take away from how amazing this is for LeBron.
Oh it’s gonna get broken
@@chadjohnson6718 you think so? I don’t man lol…… by the time it’s over, bron may have 40k…… KD is over 11kpts away….. put this in perspective. All of the 3s Steph hit, he’s currently over 17kpts away…. At the age of 34….. Harden is 33 and currently #27 on the list….. those are legit the only players that MAY have a .00000001% chance lol…. I know right ! I don’t think so either !
Why can’t it be Luka he is super young and pulling in 30+ a game .. I think he’s one of the bigger chances
Lebron has been an incredible player and role model throughout his entire career. Unbelievable accomplishment by an unbelievable person.
My favorite moment in the video: Kareem at 8:48, drinking his juice in his very senior years, thinking, "This was the one thing I was hoping wouldn't happen." 😆🤣😅

The King stands Alone
What an achievement
Long live the "greatest" 🧺 🏀 player of the past 22 yrs ( And he's d say that that's Kobe )
I 🤔 what Michael Jordan will say now ? Remember the " 5 beats 2 " he made about who was the best between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James?
He's played for forever. Compare apples to apples how many points did Michael have at 15 years compared to LeBron at 15 years. And he doesn't play to win anymore....he plays for records.

I’m so sad for Kareem, but dude is an all time class act and example of sportsmanship. So much respect for how he handled this, I know it hurt him to lose something he’s held for so long.
Sad for what records are meant to be broken
Kareem was sitting on the sideline waiting for some direction on what he supposed to do 😂
Thunder be like... "is the game over? This mean we win"
For Lebron though it would be nice if they got back into chasing titles. This game was another game for the haters to say LeBron got his stats but the Lakers still lost. Kareem set the record with his teams in the title hunt almost every year of his career. The haters will just keep talking about LeBron seemingly more caring about this individual stay than team titles.
The slowmo shot of the OKC bench hating is just priceless 😂

That’s what they said when Kareem broke the record I have no doubt one day someone will surpass LeBron and beat the record but it will likely be a very long time from now but yeah it shows how good a player LeBron really is
