Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich (with secret move)

Alton Brown says comfort food shouldn't be elevated. Its comforting because nobody mess with it. I agree, but I have no extra ingredients, no crazy overnight recipe, no crazy method, just for this video I'm sharing my grilled sandwich recipe, how about just one tiny flip?
Here’s my end game move for an ultimate grilled cheese sandwich, it will work with most grilled cheese sandwich recipe and almost with any bread (sourdough, regular sliced bread and even burger buns). Usually I use both butter and mayo on my grilled cheese but today as luck would have it I only have mayo. Avenge me by using both, butter or none at all. All will work with my secret flip and I didnt really have data on this, I think the flip makes the cheese melts faster. Let me know if it is for you!
