The new Formula Superlights for C class should be a good addition and should eventually replace a rather outdated F3 car I think, and honestly I don't mind a season off needing to buy a new GT3 car, we've had at least 1 for the last 3 consecutive seasons so nice to see other area's of the service getting some love as well
It feels like iRacing has really picked up the pace with their updates, and also the quality of their content. its really nice too see how they have improved themself. Still think the tyre model needs some work, with the slip and tyre heating, but other then that its really an amazing game/sim!

Im the complete opposite lol, I think the new UI they’ve shown looks horrendous, and the current UI works fine. Hoping they have an option between the 2 when it releases
My thoughts on rain are, every split but the top few are gunna be far worse than they already are in the dry when grip is there. I'll simply be skipping them
I like the new UI but please god I hope we are allowed to move elements around or the replay controls are STILL going to be hidden behind my wheelbase!
Have they implemented multithreading? I remember reading about it back in June/July? And they mentioned it again when talking about adding more cars for endurance but I'm not sure if it's actually in the game yet? Anyone know?
I like the road license split since open wheelers and sports cars are very different. say you grind sports cars for a year and get to 9k irating, then you try openwheelers and have to face people that are always doing that.... your irating would be in the mud and you wouldn't have a good time either since you're out of your league
I don't get it. driving standards are terrible even in top splits and people want rain on top of that? I don't see anything good happening with this, just more drama and races over after the first couple corners...
Ahh I need to get the funds to get back on Iracing the Rain looks incredible and some of the races will be all about your strat skills (and keeping it on the road haha) Also I really hope the new Aston Martin comes to the service, That would be my main car in Iracing forever (even if it gets BOP'ed to death)

Horrible news! In avery other game I've played that included rain, everybody hated it! I do not look forward to this - all the great racing being ruined by rain. Next they'll have you pay the real costs of crashing your car. I hate it, I seriously hate rain both IRL and fictional rain! Bloody hell!
Coming from someone who lives in Florida. Sebring gets a lot of rain in March.
1:50 - Sebring is in Florida nearly in the tropics so they can, and do, get lot of quick thunderstorms even in March so don't be shocked :)
I live in Florida near Sebring and it rains like crazy and it comes out of nowhere! Could make for an exciting 12 hour

The rain is fun for sure but after some time the regular racer wants to race in the dry (as it is difficult enough :-) ). But nice they implement it.

They only just scanned the Mustang and Corvette GT3 about three weeks ago. Turnaround time is at least 18 weeks.
They noted that they didn't share everything and I'd bet quite a bit a GT3 will drop with the S2 update. Fingers crossed for the Ford of course!

Sebring, FL doesn’t see significant rainfall outside of summer months… but with Florida light rainfall is essentially always a possibility.

lets hope the weather systems can be dymanic. such as half of le-mans in the wet n the other half dry. or n24hr wet, dry, hail stones all in one lap.
