When this video came out in 2017 I watached over 20 times, it really helped me a lot. Now I come back every onche in a while and just enjoy, my life is busier than ever but I always take the time t relax
First off great video its been a while.
Secondly. This is meant to be funny not bad or negative, but I dozed off early on and came back to being awake around the 8:30 mark. Then on my screan your chest is close up and thats when I heard "Thats it, much better. Can you feel the difference?" I couldnt help but laugh a little. It was like walking into an conversation at the wrong time and taking something out of context.
Also, what you say in this video is scarily accurate.

Im not very spiritual in mind im kinda sceptical to the entire spiritual bubble, but i took the time to just watch it and i do feel sort of better even though i can't explain why properly.
I think the main reason you generally felt better is the common release of hormones from the general ASMR feeling. Similar to the ones released when experiencing the Bob Ross effect, or sleeping a full night. It’s believed according to around fifteen minutes of research on the Internet that chemicals such as endorphins, oxytocin, and serotonin are released during this. I suspect that the elevated levels of oxytocin followed by a more balanced serotonin level caused this better feeling you experienced.
Also, sorry this is 3 years and a little more late.
Your voice is incredibly soothing, I found it very hard to stay awake. When I did fall asleep, I woke up feeling comforted and revitalised. Also throughout the video I could smell a candle burning with a faint scent of sandalwood..

D' Pippot Wow I was just about to post my experience from last night cause it kind of freaked me out. I could smell a match right after she lit it as well as a slight incense smell. Then when she leaned into the camera I could smell shampooed hair. I have never had an experience like that. Waaaaaay beyond tingles for sure.

This is gonna sound weird, but I was working on some stuff while having this in the background, and some of the stuff you said timed perfectly with what was going on at that exact moment in my head, at first I didn't think much of it, then I thought "ok weird" and by the third or fourth time I was sharing something to a friend online who told me to "take deep breaths" right as you in the video did... and I'm like... damn, maybe something's trying to tell me something as even your responses matched most of what I was thinking. Creepy but kinda cool. I assume I probably just synced up with your intention in the video, magic(k)ally speaking since some of this really applies to me the last few years.
