Poeple are always obsesded with Paris, and often forget than the true gems in France are actually outside of the capital.
I drove 2,000+ kms from Venice to Mt. St. Michelle to celebrate my birthday in 2019. I also visited Paris, Chateau di Chambord, Pont du Gard and Millau viaduct.
Come and work in France, we work in France too 😂 I start in 1h 😔🇨🇵💪
I saw a dolphin while canoeing in the calanques 👌
🖐🖐 You made me smile throughout the video. THANKS. I am French, and indeed France is a beautiful country, with such diverse landscapes, we have mountains each with different assets, climates changing from north to south and from west to east which give colors and vegetation particular, seas with marked characteristics. Our country is ancient and full of vestiges which have endured. But all places in the world have their beauty. Really. Thank you for this very funny moment. Greetings from France, I live in the southwest, a region which is not represented by your video, on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with its long beaches of fine golden sand. The hinterlands are very green, hilly, it’s also very pretty.
Yes, France is fucking beautiful!
hi im french i live 20 min from mont saint michel, my mother work in one of the shop inside, and yes i can confirm you, this place is magic
I live in the north of france, at one hour to Paris and you'r welcome at home for a free week. with pleasure
Week*!!!
Weak means "faible" 😅
@@Sir77Hill my english is bad sorry 😅
Hi !
I enjoyed your anger towards your mother and your jealousy 😂.
Don’t feel jealous, poor guy didn’t see other gems : just type « hospices de Beaune » or « Noyers-sur-Serein » in Burgundy, « Apremont-sur-Allier » in Berry, « Chartres » in Beauce and it’s cathedral, « Sarlat-la Caneda » or « Beynac » in region Périgord…
Come and see us again in beautiful France ! 💐❤️
Don’t feel bad, I am French and there is still many places I didn’t see like Corsica, Annecy and Strasbourg…
Cordialement

Pour Mum for some missing explanations! Maybe you can take her by the hand and travel together a voyage circulaire en France
I was born in Corsica❤❤❤
Let's be real, Alsace and Lorraine look a lot like Germany because we've all been fighting over them for like, 1500 years.
coucou d'Alsace
Back in the days, 1980s and 1990s, we would hitch-hike a lot and go to such places with only a backpack and not much money. It wasn't hard to find small jobs in such touristy places, especially when you speak several languages. Another thing, regardless of languages, is to go towards early September, when the wine grapes are harvested. They would always look for people to help harvesting, and they usually have buildings for people to sleep there, they feed you 3 meals a day, plus you get well paid (and you get to drink plenty of wine). It's very hard work, though, you just want to sleep at the end of the day, but when you get paid, you can travel around a little. Then, you can go to Germany and do the same, they harvest the grapes later, in early October. But there are also other fruit and vegetables that need to be harvested. It used to be easy to find such jobs, but unfortunately not so much anymore. Since the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the USSR, things have changed a lot, not always for the better. Now, they often have people from former Soviet sattelite countries, like e.g. Poland, who come to do the harvests, they work for less money.
People of Maghreb too.
I did this job, called "vendanges". I never saw any polish there, or any maghreban (unless french). Everyone spoke proper french. It is very, very hard work indeed.
Mont Saint Michel is the most mesmerizing place I have ever seen. Been there many times. Walked all the way through the sands of the bay (with a guide of course, it would be too dangerous otherwise), spent a night inside the Mont. At night, all tourists are gone, you have the Mont for yourself. AMAZING.
But all that does not even come close to attend an evening mass in the abbey. I am not a religious person but listening to the nuns and monks sing for one hour is something I will never ever forget.
What you say is interesting. When we think about france we think about Paris....but for europeans we don't assimilate a country by just one spot. May because our geography expérience and learning is different
Alsace has many similarities with Germany, not only because it borders Germany, but also because it was part of Germany for a time.
Yes. I wished he'd mentioned it in the video like he did for Nice (At least , I think he did 😊)
In Europe we have about 25 days paid leave so we can spend it to visit places like these. Europe has a lot of places like that. And traveling through Europe is cheap. You can take the weekend to another country and spend only $300 -$400 including hotels and restaurants. Thank you for your great video.
France is so beautiful and diverse that we have 5 weeks of paid vacation....
It's just enough to see everything.😪
25 is the legal minimum if I'm not wrong. It's generally more.
But let's remember it concern employees, in many professions they take holidays... if they can.
She's going to have some hell of an explanation to give, poor mom, hide the guns.😂
I live in Nice on the french riviera and I'm sad he didn't spend more time here as the old town is gorgeous. After all these years I still love to walk in there, looking at the shops, going to the market, just living the slow and peaceful southern life. I know all the spots around here he talked about, but one of the greatest features of Nice is how close it is to the Alps. You can go take a swim in the sea in the morning, hop into your car and drive less than 2 hours to hike in the mountains. With beautiful villages on the side of the mountains, castles, old WW2 bunkers and great forests, the peaks towering behind Nice are a great place for exploration.
J'y étais la semaine dernière !
Très belle ville en effet
We have a family house near the Mont St Michel. I've been there every year and after 44 years it's always a magical moment.
Mom! 😆
9:39 it's part of the problem for all of us that aren t from Paris 💀💀💀 people always forget that we have even better than this city.
hi D. Love your videos, especially your reaction on Zhou Shen (All of them)..
Just a small suggestion for your video... if you could increase your volumn, maybe around 10dB to 15dB, that will be supper good.
I found this flaw (maybe its not called flaws, not sure the proper English word for it) in all your video, which it is okay. I just increase or decrease volumn when switching b.t. yours and other videos.
my mic volume or the video volume?
@@ReactionsbyD When you record your mic volume is low.. As a result, the volume of your published video is lower then other creators video. This kinda annoyed when I switch bt. videos (believed me, I am just suggesting). I think you can either increase your mic video when you record or increase the volume when you editing your video, both works.
Alsace 's architecture looks similar to Germany because Alsace has been given to Germany from 1871 (peace treaty)
And taken back in 1918 but even before 1871 it was often switched between "german" and "french" rulers.
And also annexed by Nazi Germany during WW2...
Alsace Moselle has been French since 1648, a conquest of Louis the Fourteenth, the Sun King.
You have not yet watched videos of the French overseas territories. The landscapes are also beautiful.
69€ or 83€ per person is very expensive. The Alps are a mountain range that extends across Europe, covering the northern border of Italy, southeastern France, Monaco, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, southern Germany and Slovenia.
💙💙🤍🤍❤❤
just having reached 22:04 I am hot for your reaction to Mont-Saint-Michel
7:05 It's my city. I was born here. It's such ordinary to me.
Good, you now know 25 nice places in France, you just have 2475 more to visit before having seen all the top ones.
Yes, don't loose your time in Paris (I'm born in Paris, I know it), it's overrated compared to other french locations, with too many tourists, just go and visit the real deep France 🤩 , where you'll have few tourists and few parisians 😅
Let's not exagerate, Paris isn't a nice place to live in, but the architecture and the history are amazing, if you enjoy those things you have to enjoy the city. A shame it's not better maintained/cleaner, and safer. It makes the experience less memorable.
@@xenotypos Paris is overrated compared to the other parts of France, Paris is still a wonderfull town 😀
@@xenotypos totally agree. Born in the Paris surburb and living abroad I used to bash Paris and my culture in general, but let's face it, France is a pretty amazing country (although it is going downhill , which saddens me a lot).
It's good that he doesn't focus on Paris because it's not the most interesting, but it's a shame that he showed the Eiffel Tower and not old Paris, with the Montmartre hill which was like a village with mills and vineyards, where Picasso, Van Gogh, Modigliani and many other painters and poets lived in a bohemian spirit. Paris was at that time the capital of the arts, now it is nothing, but we can at least remember it.

Where did your mom take you? Only in Paris? Paris is not France.
In every country the capital is not the country. But it depents the time and the money you have.
@@XiaoVeen Coming to France to only see Paris has no point except showing off to your friends, if you don't have money, you stay at home and already visit your own country.
As Americans say, France is a beautiful country. However, there is one problem there, and that is there are too many French people there.
heard that one before, France would be nothing without it's poeple. Who do you think actually built all of that?
@@DanteAngeli The best things were built in France before Robespier by the hands of Catholic Frenchmen. The revolution began the fall of France, which continues to this day. Leftist hysteria, multi-cultism and dirt on the streets of Paris are things that are difficult to boast about. White French people are losing their sense of national identity and are slowly becoming an open-air museum in their own country. This is the reality I'm talking about.
