Wondering if i should go for ls2 ff800 or kyt tt course, my main concern is wind noise and smaller shell size, i have an apex carbon and i regret it so bad because it ain't practical at all besides looks and I've wore an ls2 ff800 it's really perfectly snugged and doesn't make me look like a Stick man atleast so im quite confused about KYTTT COURSE and wanna know more about it
KYT TT Course is placed fairly decently next to ls2 variants with respect to wind noise, but it obviously seems more pronounced when cruising in 3-digit speeds albeit good for city rides. I would rather suggest you to stick to ls2 beside comfort and if you’re on a tighter budget to shell out on KYT NFR series which is more advance and bigger shell size compared to TT course. Happy biking! Cheers
Hey, no doubt SMK has features like pinlock, sunvisor etc but the quality in my experience was not that great compared to KYT. I have used SMK Titan and Typhoon both. In my opinion, KYT TT Course is predominantly a sport touring helmet and is better in terms of fit, design, sharp and sportier looking, comes with double D-ring. Has a better seal during windy and rainy weather conditions. Also has 5 vents for air intake and 4 exhaust vents. I’d anyday choose to use sunglasses rather than the flimsy sunvisor so that’s not something I’d be concerned of. KYT TT Course is a pretty good helmet for its price and its sporty design and attractive colours are what makes it desirable for those looking for a budget-friendly helmet. Of course, I ain’t promoting it but it’s all about my personal experience. Ride safe :)
Hey man thanks for the feedback. I can’t find any of reviews for these in English besides yours lol. Last question for the TT course. How is the padding ? Pretty good and safe for cruising and touring?
Both weigh around 1450 grams. IMO, KYT TTC feels lighter as the MT blade comes with additional visor that adds a bit of extra weight. Also MT is a few hundred bucks cheaper compared to TTC and comes with ISI standards.
Hey, my recommendation for this budget will always be KYT TT Course, unless you’re not using it for race/track purpose. I’ve been using it for both long and short rides on my Ninja and I’m loving it. TT Course segment has decent number of colours and graphics to choose from. Ride safe! :)
The wind noise is minimal but not the least when the vents are open as it few many air-intake vents. Noise increases when you hit like more than 100 kmph plus but it ain’t so bad either. This may be a bit of a concern if you mostly use it for touring or speeding (almost all the helmets at this price range or less does) I feel it’s not that worse due to its aerodynamic design and build quality. Apparently, for city commutes it’s pretty much better than the rest in this range.
Bro, this is a review video. Background music is not required. Sad to know that you give importance to music than your own information.

Haha! Yep, the padding is comfortable for touring and is safe. Just make sure you buy the right size for a proper fit.

I have a budget of 7k, which helmet would you recommend for touring?

@@TheBackpackerr__ I'm using my bike only for touring brother, not at all for tracks.
Hey, can you please tell me how this helmet handles the wind noise?
