Today we will discuss the 2-4-2 Attack Structure and how to set it up out of a Lineout in 2 Rucks. We focus on the Principle of having 1 Forward, 1 Center, & 1 Wing in both R1 & R2. R1 & R2 represent the 1st and 2nd Ruck out of a Set Piece.
