Thanks :-) Always wanted to 'man up' & stop using KMC quicklinks on my Campag!!! Also have noted how the Campag tool gives a better result than the Park Tool equivalent.

Excellent, better than campagnolo videos, they are the worst at explaining things. And I'm of north Italian decent, I normally stick up for my own, but campagnolo have really frustrated me. Ive been using Campy since the 70 s

Can I install another quick link in the chain at another location? Thank you for a very informative video
So if I need to open and re-close a chain, the Campy instructions say this can be done a maximum of twice. However the instructions are not clear about which pin or link to push out to put a replacement pin into. Do I need to push out the same pin I installed previously? Or push out another pin in the same link? Which direction to push out the pin? The instructions say "Identify the opening link on the chain; this must be different and away from the one used for closing the first time (a link that can be recognizable from the impression showing the production batch).". It sounds like the pins can only be pushed into this one marked link in the chain, is that right?
Can the campy chain be used on DA 11spd? Hearing guys are getting better performance with that combo than standard KMC or DA chain.

固定PINの使い方・意味が初めて分かった。以前１度コーラスで組んだ時固定ピンを意識しなくてもチェーンは繋げたので、今回レコードの12sを組んで、失敗した。アンプルピンを追加注文して届くまで私のV2Rは未完成のままです。この高いpinつなぎはいつもpinが曲がって入ってしまうと思っていました。
Can I remove and reinstall the quick link with a new one.
8-15mm is a good 7mm difference! Which is better - 8 or 15? (The difference seems enough to either add or reduce by one whole link..)
thedownunderverse I would think it would depend on the tension of the chain and the jockey wheel when the chain is on the big ring in front in the big ring on back

Why making it so difficult Campagnolo? We have been running quick-links from other brands for years without fail. This ultra-link is way too complicated in comparison to add no advantage.
Both BBB and Park Tool make chain tools that do the same thing as the official Campagnolo device but at way less than half the cost.
