I have 5075e, love it. clearing vines, small trees and roots. Just made mistake, never push tree over and have grapple grab tree by roots, start backing and turn, either way. Bent 3 teeth where tree stump was grappled.
I love grapples. I took my welder and put a couple of lines where the flat steel is, The area you were pulling out the poles and small trees with, and now it grips on smaller things much better.
Them grapples are surly handy. Just be careful with what you grab with them and do not squeeze too tight like a friend of mine did. He runs a dairy farm. Went missing a cow and found it dead a week later. Tried to pick up the cow to bury it. Well, he squeezed it a bit too hard. You know the rest.
That thing really takes care of the post, and that damn kudsu. That crap sucks, it can grow over a foot a week I believe in the right conditions. Will be buyin one when i get land thats for sure
Any idea who makes the quick attach adapter for your JD? I have one on my 5095m that looks the same and one of the levers is broken but I don't know who made it so I can't order a replacement part.
Good one Tim those grapple or pretty handy never used on a tractor but have a cat 299 skid steer. Hey if have time my youtube channel just started it its just Pete Jones thanks Tim i enjoy all of yours.
Sir that grapple is a beast I watched the video when you bought it could you post a link to the company please. Thank you so much for your videos I truly enjoy them
Won't be too much longer and you will be talking upgrade as much time as you spend in that tractor. Time for a cab and ac. I like that design of the debris clamps versus others.
exactly :) I've seen excavator operators try to use the bucket and thumb to grab wire or pipe or conduit during a demo and it just slides right out of their grip, it can get quite frustrating
don't know what is up with your buddy Wes with that American flag laying in the dirt on the floor very much disappointing to me lost a lot of respect for him to day! I have since unsrcb from him!
The grapple rake is as handy as the loader itself. A grapple rake & a brown tree cutter are both on my bucket list of implements to own.
Great job on the camera angle to see how you articulate the curl for different tasks, very useful.
I agree. I was fascinated as well by this 😊

Pulling posts and trees is far easier with a tree/post puller like a Danuser Intimidator.
Nice!

I was wondering why 2 sets of teeth were webbed at the tip
+jetegtmeier71 to bite. You see how I was biting those posts?
