Even though this is just a show, these horrible and disgusting things do happen irl. I’m so GRATEFUL that I’ve never been in those girls’ situations before and PRAY that I and NO other girl has to as well. Absolutely heart breaking.

i think it's police protocol. you make sure others leave first and those closest to danger leave last (in cases that is possible) since if they make any sudden moves, the person might start shooting or attacking.

I think he should have received a few months at the most. He rescued a lot of innocent girls.
Since theres no evidence of a crime there isnt anything to go on. A missing persons report thats it. And what the father did is illegal, even though the firearm may be legal its illegal to threaten to kill someone, holding someone against their will
