Sorry 💙 bro... Customer Support is worst, when my cable broken outside, they took 5 days to get it fixed, that too after multiple calls daily. If you're issue also with cable breakage outside of your home, then above method won't work, please call customer support regularly untill they fix it. Hope they fix it soon:)
Hi,💙 Lan led is blinking- It will happen, If you connect lan cable to router and ur system. Which is good and not an issue. Los led is off?? If it is off then there is no issues.....but if you're Los led is blinking red then there may be some issues with cable inside ur house or outside of the house. Please turn off the router and remove green cable slowly and leave for 5mins. Then reinsert cables and turn on the router.
Hi❤️, Okay if you're seeing red light on LOS after router fell down.... probably it can be because of the wire connection...so just unplug all the wire connected to router and plugin back and turn on the router after 5-10mins👍 Hope this should be helpful 😄
Hi..if your Internet Light is not On means there might be some connection issue at your end OR sometimes Technical issue at your Internet Service Provider. Try by unplugging all cables from router and wait for 5-10min...then connect all cables and check once. If there is any cable breakage or any backend issue you need to contact your Internet Service Provider 👍😃
Hi, Sorry for my poor Audio and communication. I had mentioned 3 solutions for the LOS problem in this video... Solution 1 - Keep ur router off for atleast 5mins and turn on Solution 2 - Remove all the wires and turn off router for atleast 5mins. After 5mins insert all the wires back and turn on back. Solution 3 - If still it didn't resolved, there may be some cable breakage outside of home and need broadband technician assistance. So please contact ur broadband customer service. Hope this helps:)
Hathway has upgraded the router's firmware from remotely and the current firmware does not give permission to change the admin password, This new 2019 firmware is worthless because admin can't change their password and unable to use TR69 feature. @ RoyalTube, would you please check that your admin password is possible to change at your Hathway router? and are you able to use TR69 feature? Kindly reply please.
