Ej and Logan were both beginners starting with no endurance training and no crit experience and I’m incredibly proud of how far each of them got from the start of the year to the end. But ya it’d be hard to do season three at this point I’ll need a break at the very least

Are Steve R. super dynamic Aero Socks Alviso legal? One can just see, from your camera's view, the wind-cheating advantage of those black Aero bad-boy socks when you are behind him. The big question is, how aero were your socks? seemed to have kept that a secret in the introduction portion of this video 😉LOL Reaney's socks are the next-level type of kit. And seems Steve did not know where the finish line was?

Great video and commentary as always... STUPID QUESTION!? You use that safety strap on your Garmin... I lost my strap a long time ago and also have never had one come loose? Has this happened to you before? Are you racing on cobbles!? 😂 Seriously, curious though...
I would have lost my Garmin a few weeks ago at 60kp/h on a downhill section without the safety strap because I hit a hole in the street I didn’t see before and it completely ruined my garmin mount. The plastic inner thing of it that holds the garmin after you turn it 1/4 just broke. So yes, i would definitely recommend using that strap :)
Jeffy, how do y'all keep track of laps/distance at Alviso? Someone on the side ringing a bell or its on riders to keep score?

Love these videos! Are you required to race the cervelo when racing with your team and at sanctioned events? Obviously alviso isn’t sanctioned and you went to Chicago solo but you’re wearing the team jersey at alviso. I’m assuming the mikes bikes sponsors don’t mind? Genuinely curious and I assume it depends on the contract your team has with each sponsor. Either way keep up the great content!
I generally like to ride the team bike if it's a team race, but they're not too picky. If it's sold by mikes bikes it's usually good to go.

Are the roads partially closed. I can never work it out. There are cars, but you never stop for red lights or at junctions… how’s it work?

Is there a reason that Jeff is always pulling while sitting up? He's never in an aero hoods or drops position in any of his videos.
it's just how the gopro super wide angle makes things look. Trust me, i'm in a very aero position.
Saw the cop sitting on the side of the road 2nd to last lap. Do they ever talk shit about you guys running red lights / stop signs and using multiple lanes? These races happen every week, so they must know about it.

We specifically chose a very quiet unoccupied business park and we neutralize when there’s interference
you can see a TON of marks on the road from cars doing burnouts, so i get the feeling no one is too concerned about what goes down around there unless it's super illegal.
what blows my mind is all that open space in the SF greater area that isn't filled with housing. is that because of the power lines?

Jeff, considering the other crits I have seen you rode, I am now thinking that Alviso is a joke. When you are amongst the real heavy hitters you appear normal. Lets put some context at play, at Alviso you film from the front but other crits you film from the back which give us nothing to see.
