Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole | Delicious! and healthy I will never stop cooking this food

Delicious meals for lunch or dinner in minutes!
My family loves this delicious and healthy recipe.
If you make a vegetable casserole with me, you will discover a whole new flavor of broccoli and cauliflower. I hope you enjoy my delicious simple and easy recipe. I am happy to prepare all the recipes for family and guests.
▶️ Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1 Broccoli
1 Cauliflower
2 small onions
2 tomatoes
2 bell peppers
Vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
7 oz / 200 g Mozzarella cheese
1 oz / 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper,
1 tsp paprika,
½ tsp dry parsley.
salt
Bake for 25 minutes at 390°F / 200 °C.

1 cup milk = 250ml milk
1 cup flour = 120g flour
We don't use 'cups' as an actual measurement outside of the USA and I've never seen measuring cups on sale where I live in the UK.

I have this baking in the oven right now and the house smells so amazing! I did it today! I followed step by step like in the video. To be honest, I didnt like it for 2 resons:
1.- Vegetables were overcooked, I dont think it is necessary simmer them for 10 minutes. The amount of time in the oven is enough.
2.- 1 cup of flour is too much. when I took it out of the oven to serve it, I noticed that the sauce wasnt creamy at all. It was very thick and when I tasted it had a strong flour taste. Maybe half cup of flour should be better.

Never boil your veggies. Steam them. You lose all the nutrients in the water...unless you drink the water.
