This is literally my favorite series for cs2 at the moment. Thank you so much for being willing to learn in the open like this. You model what it should look like to show up every day, and just focus on what you can control and get better at. It's a trait NA cs lacks a lot of, and I love to see you promoting it here. ALSO, the amount of value that I'm getting from hearing the perspective of Pienix is incredible. He's constantly dropping gold nugget tips, or revealing new considerations I hadn't thought of previously. So a huge thank you to him as well for being a part of this. Y'all both deserve for this to pop off, and I honestly expect it to. Best of luck going forward, keep em coming! I just discovered this series this week and have so much to dig through still :)
Pienix is such a great coach. I love his demeanor. He's so direct that it's borderline insulting sometimes. To me, that just really helps info stick. One thing to know what to do, another to know you need to do it to avoid being embarrassed haha.
Thanks so much for uploading these. As someone who doesn't know the maps all too well, getting info from your videos is really helping out my positioning and timing.
Amazing video once again! Overpass is probably my worst map and I’ve always felt kinda lost. Normally I play A long and always felt like it’s not the best position, good to have this video confirm it. I’ll be playing the same position like you did from now on :)
Great video! Had one thing in mind that I can’t see said, maybe I missed it. You could save the 400 bucks on a kit if you plan on pushing really high up early in the round like in 10:54 . Even if you get traded one-for-one or even two-for-one, the kit is really a waste of money and it’s unlikely you’ll get enough kills+ cover to fall back and make use of it later.
@@xboxlasagne no ya me too. I meant I was SE when they switched to CS2. Got about 500 hours. Don't practice or warm up or know line ups 😬. What's your rank right now? I can't stay above 4k in premier.
I just got about to critically analyse my demos and you are so much cleaner than I am (crosshair placement for sure). May I suggest you embark on a new challenge? Instead of the joke that is Premier, try grinding FaceIt? I think you're ready!
I understand your point but it depends, games are also for fun. I play CS for fun not tryhard and was MG2 in CSGO. Actually that’s why there are gamemodes, faceit, ESEA and your own team to choose. I think the dynamic range from bad players to best in CS makes game better and fun and more competitive. Everyone can’t be good, same is in other sports, it would be boring.
@Tempo_est I also play for fun but I don't really see the joy in not using your brain and playing solo in a cooperative video game. How many times have you lost rounds with a huge advantage because the team decided not to fall back and group and just take a 1v1. Qhat I'm trying to say is there are simple things that should be common sense for a player idk the title Competitive for csgo/cs2 means nothing everyone queues it wether they want to play for fun or fun challenge it has lost its meaning gaming didn't used to be like that in the past and I think it's the zoomers.
well you can play for fun with friends too not solo. I def get your point but in other way that difference between quality has made CS(GO) popular and thats why this game exists like other sports - difference between skills. There are also sunday league in football for example. @@xXxC0nSUm3rXxX1337
@bonaventuraxyz ego is fine I guess what I meant was ego to the point where you just can't see past simple mistakes or take into account diffrent possibilities.
Great series! Could guide talk a little more about how to "deal" or "play" with randoms? f.ex how would he play the same positions when team mates are constantly changing positions and forcing
Looking at that shooting makes me say "wow he's literally me" I'd say I'm not bad with clearing angles mechanically but I've got a problem when it comes to seeing enemy and trying to make micro or macro adjustment. It's like I lack focus on enemy. Like I daydream all the time and don't pay attention. When I shoot bots it's all fine and all aim correction are precise. But when in comes to game situation my focus is always shifted. I'm losing my last shards of hope to fix that. And through some time during game that applies also to decisions and enemy counting. It's what your coach told you on some game that if you killed man in the area you're safe to assume that there's no more people and move with more confidence. It was nuke if I recall correctly. It's like my mind gets clouded. Someone please help me xD
Algorithm please pick this up, I KNOW I'm not the only who hugely benefits from these. Lots of common mistakes being called out here and it is so helpful.
11:49 Is it really too early? I mean if he just AD-peeked you, you would have shot him. If you wait for his final position he might just kill you if he doesn't wide swing.
how i play long if i'm pushing, is i'll smoke off long corner and then throw a Molotov behind the smoke and push up and get the wide angle and swing it. most of the time it works.
Sorry for the noob question, but how do you practice utility? Is there a mod? I can't even find spray pattern practice mods that work. It's kind of embarrassing I've been playing this game wrong for 20 years.
Play -> Practice -> Competitive -> tick all the boxes on the left hand side of the screen (grenade camera, infinite ammo, infinite warmup), then pick your map and load in. If you want to get a little deeper with it search youtube for "practice configs" which will give you some additional options and commands.
super nice video. but i have one question does any one know what the name of the sticker on the printstrem gun is called? i would really help i any knew what is was called
how to play with scout | dont tell me to hold angle, i want the fastest peeks, falling back one line to make a trap and in late round some flickshot action
@@xboxlasagne makes sense. It's kinda crazy how this game requires actual deliberate study and practice to be good. I've always just relied on my reaction time and game sense, and I landed at 1600 with a 20% win rate for premier. After looking at a few videos I've won several in a row. Wild.
@@donaldcedar7574 That is why most people at the top have so many thousands of hours, mechanically some people are just better but the amount of game knowledge to learn to be at the top is just insane. it's actually important for me to go through the line of questioning as it helps me work my thought process. "Why did you do that?" isn't a rhetorical question it's an important step in correcting faulty decisionmaking.

Don’t, or I will get destroyed on overpass now
No shhhhh don't show anyone but meeee

love seeing you use the concepts and tricks hes telling you
haha im trying!!!
Love the demo reviews. So insightful to see what aspects of a demo a coach looks for.
Glad it was helpful!

In csgo i was silver elite. As a newer player I love this.
i started csgo in silver 2!

I was waiting for this bro, as I said ! thanks for the upload, liked before watching because I know it's gonna be a banger !
I panic a lot and this helps
I'm the same! I pull the trigger too early and sometimes I crouch before shooting.
13:38 You were right, 2 keys make you go faster than 1 key. Don't know why the coach said 1 key..
Yeah
just want to thank you for uploading these videos, it's like I'm receiving coaching as well since i make lots of mistakes now (4k mmr)

Any aim training routine for more trigger discipline from pienix goat ?
this series has really been helping my game thanks xbox lasagne and pienix

I wish all my teammates would see these videos before queing and getting on my team 😭
LOL same
Just a note. for 5:09 you forgot also to buy head armor. This could have changed the outcome of that duel
I also always panic when i see enemy, in aiming maps i pop heads easily, but when i play the real game, i just panic everytime i see enemy, lol.

show this to all my tm8s so i dont have to carry so hard, theres some good info in this tho im probably gonna try those strats next overpass game

can you explain to me how you throw (or make short) the moly on 10:20 pls.. I try to copy the position and throw but i just can't figure it out

i do - this is a comp game because i was targeting overpass so i was queuing for it over and over again until i got a suitable game to review

Correct. And you can still get demos from faceit matches.

How to download demo in cs2? I really need it
can't unless you've played on a private server or faceit
finally overpass S2
It's hard to do anything in this game because you get instakilled so you are punished for playing. That's why you want to run away.

How's your IGLing? ik the SAV prospect team is looking for one in S13
