I've seen some large-scale builds that have felt dull and repetitive due to an over abundance of symmetry and copy-and-pasting, but this is not one of them; by making the street layouts on either side of the city varied, adding in handmade details, and by only re-using small-scale structures, you managed to create an interesting yet balanced build. This really is an awesome creation!
@@MonsPubis7 I agree most of these builds are just plain looks from the inside all you see is nothing, if anything bigger it's better smaller and sizeable buildings are mostly more focused individually.

I just have smth bothering me about some designs that is kinda blocking me in my constructions: I don't like when the layout of the city is squared like that, seems unnatural. I just have to pratice building diagonally and to try to follow the terrains geography but it's the hard part. Anyone think the walls are too squared too? Thinking about the city shape in general, not the layout of the wall section
I was thinking the same! No city is perfectly squared. I like it when it looks more organic and like it actually exists somewhere - when the builder has to consider the given terrain and build around it instead of on a perfectly squared, flat surface. It's still very impressive though
Beautiful build, I cannot imagine the effort that went into this. Some minor points of criticism (if you're going for historical accuracy); - that hippodrome is too large when compared to the size of the city. A city of that size could never fill it, nor could it support enough visitors to fill it. - What timepoint are you at? The build style seems to be a mix of roman and late medieval, which doesn't make historical sense? - Maybe you could add some ramshackle houses outside of the city. Peope did live there and it would make the transition from city to forest less jarring. Of course, feel free to ignore this comment as unwanted criticism, I just needed to get it off my chest.
What music do you use? I really like music like this for when I´m reading my fantasy books or build something myself so I would really love to know the music :3

Idk bout you but I found most of the build to be nothing but copy paste and workarounds to shave minutes/hours here and there
