Car guys in their 30's-40's who grew up wanting all the cool Japanese sports cars and can now finally afford them. Now they need a garage, tools, lighting, shop cabinets, tool boxes and much more. These are my people, I just need to figure out how to connect the dots
Car guys build cars that represent them, they pay attention to details. The details that make the car look, handle or perform how they want. I would say there would be a business in the aftermarket. Design cool accessories or a body kit. The best part is that you are a car enthusiast so you can build something for you! If you thought you would like it many people will. Best of luck !
Look around your home and you’ll find products that you’ve bought. Sort by price point and focus on the items that are over $50. Now brainstorm ideas on how to slightly improve those products. Done! What’s left to do is just good old fashioned hard work.
Just one part of my plan: Health-minded foodies who want their food to do good things for their body and mind while also being incredibly flavorful and interesting. They'd love functional foods in the forms of jams, dressings, water flavorings, and syrups to add something special to healthy meals.
Great and genuine content as always, It would be very helpful if you could make a video On some particular aspect of the launching, It is clear now to think about people first, and product second, but once we go there, and the avatar persona has been defined, How do you build an audience from scratch? Facebook group? Which contents and how do you get people in it? This would be very very very helpful
I will get away from that video with three ideas: - think simple - think about the customer - focus on simple metrics ( OKRs ) 30 dollars products 4 products 25 sales of each everyday during a year while staying productive targeting the same persona. One more thing: - think about the story of the persona the whole product they need the whole challenge that person have, let's call him James or Jennifer is it's a women. And so many other things will watch that video again and use it to brainstorm several business ideas/ product ideas./ persona ideas
We do inside the incubator. Some folks come in with their business already in process while others change their idea after joining. We have coaches that help at every step.
"Give them the products that help them make that change" - Thanks Ryan for the recommendation!

So, are you saying your differention is the people you target and not the products itself?
Wow 🤩
Do you guys help in product development and product sourcing?
