    I purchased mine and when I received it I was blown away by how closely it matched by hair in terms of color, texture, and feel it’s damn near perfect ...I have no desire to expose my hair line so I wear it a little more relaxed style and as a result I don’t fuss with it that much , I just run my fingers thru it no brush just fingers and it has given me back the good old days of having a great hair day experience ... I Highly Recommend purchasing from Curtiss!!!

    Great video Curtis. I don't know whether I missed it, but I didn't hear you speak about the template factor. My understanding was for a perfect fit, a template is pretty much required. You said you always used stock, but I know that you previously had your template done and sent it to the supplier(?). So are stock units also actually tailored according to the template. If so, why is there the issue of selecting your hairline to be CC, C etc. if your template already outlines the hairline shape?

    • @richardb607
      @richardb607 5 років тому +2

      That's a really good question.

    • @HairExperience
      @HairExperience  5 років тому +2

      Hey, Good question. Ive never sent my template to a factory. I do mine here.
      So, yes and no. The stock unit is cut down the to the template size, this is typical with any distributer. It has to be done with 99% of customers to make it "fit " the affected area correctly.
      When you say that you should be able to choose the hairline at that point. Heres the issue.
      With a cheap run of the mill unit, yes your statement is somewhat true. But cutting into the hairline of any unit changes what the factory did to create the best hairline (with our units)
      The hairline of a quality unit is engineered already to be the best available.
      When the hairline of a unit is created at the factory it is NOT made to be cut into because of things like Single knots vs Double knots, sparsely placed hairs vs thickly placed hair etc Hope that helps

    Awwwwww that’s why my hairline looks so good. Your design is perfecto! I did trim just a tad on each side to further enhance the receding in the corners like you suggested in your training video. It worked like a charm cause I still have he graduated hairline there.

      If youve never had one before i highlyyyyyy suggest buying multippe bonds from the get go and dropping some money to have someone install and blend. Keep in mind, you CANNOT cut these systems hair with clippers or they look fake. You need to get it texturized and have bulk taken off to make it seem real

    I wish there were more publicized Salons who do these systems regularly. I went to two consultations here in Dallas but didn’t really feel too comfortable at either shop because they try to sell you contracts etc. it would be cool if your site had a registry for people who are reputable in their own respective states etc. any ideas who will be able to install / help me style one of ur units here in Dallas?? Thank u

    Hello, I recently started plucking my hairline because I didn't like the way it looked and now I love the new look. If I keep plucking this hair on my hairline repeatedly to make it straight, will this straight hairline that I have be permanent? Or on this flip side do you not recommend me doing this because the hair might grow back differently or cause balding. Please let me know because I haven't found an answer.

    Hey, Curtis! Great video! Also, probably, if someone wants 12" or 15" long hair, they should go custom. In my case, I might go custom at some point just because of my hair color shade. It's extremely ashy. The stock colors are a bit too rich in shade. For the most part, it's not noticeable. Only under a certain lighting you could tell the difference. The question is, do I really wanna wait for 2 months to get it perfect?

    Great info... one question. You mention the gray percentage, etc. If you have significant gray around the temples, but very little on the back, can you still get away with a stock unit? I am just wondering if we can get a stock unit temporarily until a custom unit can be made.

    So Curtis, i definitely need custom based on density. Do i first consult with you online or on phone? I was in Germany over the summer and stopped in to see the Heydecke salon and get a consult. Very expensive but they really customize the unit to your hair. Do you think i could match that quality of customization with your custom units. It would be way less money.
