The whole Boku/Watashi thing doesn't stop him from taking those roles. Piko is not unknown. The whole shota joke might be hurting his reputation in some way but this does somehow boosts his popularity in the fan base as he is always compared with Len, who was also a victim of the shota joke. His demand for a new update is HUGE. If such a big company like Sony uses Piko more in advertisement and put him in everything, like Crypton did with Miku, I am sure he'll get popular fast.
