Just a heads-up that at 3:45 the text says you're adding Lime Juice, though you verbally said Lemon Juice and Lemon is in the end recipe. Looking forward to making one of these!
Sage grouse, as their name suggests, are always associated with some species of sagebrush (Artemisia spp.). These birds rely on sagebrush for leks, nesting sites, feeding sites, rearing sites, protection and wintering grounds
That looks so magnificent. I can't wait to see if you eventually do one of my video reconnmendations in the form of Frankensteining two seperate drinks together. Keep up the great work.
Any suggestions for those that don't have yellow chartreuse and don't really plan on acquiring any any time soon? Any chance Benedictine works with this one?
Heirloom Genepi is a lovely substitute, although has a bit more of an herbal bite over yellow imo. If you can find that, a 2-1 ratio mix of Strega and St. Germain could* do the trick
My boss told me if I don't stop drinking Sage cocktails during work meetings I might get fired.....I tried to tell him this guy on the Internet said I need to drink it "ALL THE TIME" 😆

We had a little delayed release on this one, sorry!

And they aren’t in Arizona. Neither are lesser prairie chickens, which were shown. I suspect he was seeing Gambel’s quail.
As someone else said - - 1/4 or 1/2 oz of the chartreuse? And I will assume Lemon rather than what appeared on screen
Thats sounds wonderful. If I can ever find another bottle of Yellow Chartreuse again, I'll definitely give it a try.
Thanksgiving at the end of February, just as well we’re coming up to autumn and that sounds like a great drink for this time of year 😂
Running “Lime Juice” over Leandro saying “Lemon Juice” while making HIS OWN CREATION is 🤌. 😂

I'll admit I did miss the apple. Now another reason to revisit it!!!
Gonna have to make one of these soon... any cocktail named after any species of grouse and I'm in! (How about ruffed or sharptail next, Leandro? 😉)
Because a wise chicken gave you a recipe for a drink with sage and egg?
A wise rooster once had a cocktail! 🎉
honeycrisp is in fact the correct apple to use in pies.

Strega is a great alternative to Yellow Chartreuse

😆
“Get that sage! Its a great cocktail for any time of year.” Now thats SAGE advice. I’ll definitely be trying this later, cheers!
Ba da crash
Sage Grouse, The hen is just the female Sage Grouse.
What was the chartreuse alternative you mentioned?
Is it 1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse as said in the video, or 1/4 oz as the pop-up text during the recipe, the recipe screen, and the description says?
Recipe screen and recipe in the description
Lemon juice or lime juice? 1/4 chartreuse or 1/2? Begging for subs with sloppy mistakes 🙄
