konotop was so impressive. if she had made that last lift, china wouldve had to take silver. that first lift she did, if youd blinked youd have missed it! and of course luo shifang is solid as the ground she stands on. ridiculous strength!

The two small blue plates are 2kg each giving a total of 124kg. But there are collars on both sides of the bar between the 25kg plates and the blue 2kg plates.
So how much do the collars weigh? And why aren't they added to the total weight?
Bar is 15kg for Woman. Collars are 2.5 each.
