I have to truly thank you 🙏🇭🇲, I've recently been put on new Meds for my ADHD ( I'm 60 and wasn't diagnosed til age 50!). I'd subscribed age's ago, watched, enjoyed but still couldn't get it together apart from now and again! A million thanks as I started doing 15 mins, got so excited that I extended to what I could do in an hr, and low and behold my home is organised, clean and I feel like I have a life again 🙏🥰 I had a big family dinner on the weekend with 4 of my grandchildren in a lovely home at last 💕 and it's so much easier having my set, two tidy ups through the day. You've changed my life as your beautiful personality kept me going and I never gave up, you're an angel sweetheart 💕🇭🇲
And not buying wrapping paper. I never grew up with it, since my parents reused bags (store-bought ones they'd been given, or fabric ones they made), so I've never bought it. I don't spend the money and I don't have to throw it in the garbage after 1-2 uses (most are not recyclable)
Also, I remember reading a book (the first part of Ariel Leve's memoir) and she meets this surfer in Bali who laughs at the fact that there's a container store.
I like to window shop at container store. Gives me tons of ideas. I buy a few things, watch for sales. Sometimes it inspires you to reorganize what you already own.
ELFA sale is usually Feb/March. Used to be able to get similar but probably a bit “thinner” gauge in Closet Maid, but finding it harder to find Closet Maid stuff - used to be well stocked at Home Depot.
OMG Cass you crack me up. YES I can relate. I have social anxiety and every time we get a new director at work I have to inform them that when I get nervous I think I’m funny and am guaranteed to say something inappropriate. If they laugh, I know I’m good. If they don’t, I know a reprimand is in my future. Luckily our department is a pack of weirdos so if they don’t have a sense of humor they don’t last long.
I noticed some folks commenting about Cas featuring the Container Store on her channel and referring to it as an ad. Well, it is and should be. Folks, Cas brings us tons of FREE content! How do you think she can do that full time if she doesn’t get advertising and/or sponsors? I get it that that this store is higher priced than many viewers can afford but, many of her viewers probably can and do prefer this to less expensive, and, let’s face it, sometimes inferior products. She does lots of dollar store alternatives as well. Even if you cannot afford this store’s prices, you can always get inspiration from what she shows you on this video to duplicate a more affordable alternative. I am one of those that cannot afford these particular products but love the ideas put forth. Cas is truly one of the best and most relatable creators in this category and I find her inspiring in many ways. Thank you Cas!
Affordability is relative. You may want to buy a few things there, but you don't have to buy everything there. Also, your car is more expensive than anything in that store.
@@johnclaybaugh9536 well you went miles and miles away from the point here. Her point was how much emphasis Cass put on how “affordable” the container store is, when the vast majority of us find their prices completely absurd and unrealistic! What the heck does that have to do with her car??? 🤦🏼♀️
I'm watching from Germany and we don't have anything like a Container Store here. I'm so jealous! Now that I'm writing, I'm gonna seize the opportunity to say, thank you Cas, for your videos and your podcast! You are so inspiring for me on my journey of getting a more organized person. Thank you so much!!
Our daughter always loved the clear hanging shoe organizer for the Lego collection. That way she could be organized by color so she didn't have to go through them all to find one color.
Cass you crack me up! 😂 My hubby took me to the Container Store several years ago. I felt like a kid in a candy shop. I just now mentioned it was time to go back. ( so many new things 😊) he said ok😮. Does he secretly like the Container Store too?🤣
Hi Cas, when I was younger i remember I would feel anxious and joke when it wasn't the appropriate time to do so. What I have learned from reading a book on childhood emotional neglect and I see now that I was uncomfortable in serious environments and now I know its ok to allow myself to sit with the feeling of anxiousness and its ok as time went on over the years I no longer spew out any joking at awkward times. I love to make people laugh and each day I try to do this! All the best Cas and thanks for your video. I haven't seen a Container store but it certainly looks amazing!
I’m a professional organizer and there’s no container store near me! I visited one on vacation once and I was exactly like this - running around like a kid in a candy store. Total unsupervised toddler vibes. The best store !
love that store as well, my only issue is people that struggle with decluttering will think from this video, that the way to declutter is to go to this store and spend $300 on baskets and boxes to organize their clutter and trash, which defeats the purpose.
She has TONS of videos on decluttering and even an HGTV show that started with deep decluttering. I think it's ok to have a video like this after all of the work she's done helping people declutter🤷🏼♀️
From watching her channel regularly I'm pretty sure she's not encouraging people to hold on to junk, but showing what is available to organize the things you need to keep.
Thanks for taking us around the container store. I’ve always wanted to go, and you proved me right that I’d absolutely love it, but too much! I’d want to spend more money than I have. It does look like a dream place. Love it all!
Yes, it would be a fun place to shop, as long as it really helps you organize your life. Being organized and having less stress over that might be worth it. But . . . I would be looking for specific things that I couldn't find at T J Maxx and that family of stores. Sometimes the Container Store really does have just the thing you've been looking for that you CAN'T find at those other stores.
A cardboard box works well. You can paint or cover with cloth. You can cut handles into them or add some on the sides. You can braid strips of brown paper bag to make any basket. And it costs only your time and creative energy. Nothing has to cost anything when you do it yourself.
I used to use cardboard boxes for everything, until the water heater died and flooded the basement. Books, papers, Christmas ornaments were ruined, we had to trash all the boxes and it took me hours and towels to clean it up ... My mom was furious and I haven't used cardboard unless I'm mailing something back to Amazon or boxing stuff for Goodwill.
@@alyssaf1285 i also went through a flooded basement. Took months to repair and now anything stored on the floor is in water proof containers. Live and learn :P
Cass...I love you to pieces! I don't know if prices are less expensive in Canada, but Container Store is anything but affordable here. I guess I may be tainted but after watching Joshua and Ryan talk about Clutter Coffins, I see the CS in a different light. I DO hope they help people move forward🙏
I mean the hyacinth baskets, ARE beautiful……and they can be yours for the low price of $70 a pop!! Who has that kind of money that $70 is a great price for ONE BASKET?? Especially when you need 10 of them! I’m so jealous?
Yep 100%. I say the most awkward inappropriate things. I feel you. Authority figures make me incredibly nervous also 🤣 I start thanking them profusely, for what, no clue.
I love your enthusiasm you could sell anything, but mostly you sell life. God made you a sparkling gem, you shine so brightly. I know that means you went through some deep heartaches and super unbelievable troubles, but look at ya now baby girl. I'm officially adopting you as a Granddaughter Love Ruthie
One thing I do when cleaning out closets, cupboards and drawers (oh my) is to put any containers I can use in one place. Then, as I need those little gems -- there they are. I think people call it shopping in your house. I also have things my kids don't have room for and I call that "Shop at Mom's".
Once on my way home from swimming, I was in a CheckStop were they are looking for drunk drivers, the officer asked me if I’d had anything to drink and I said only chlorine. He looked at me and I was thinking “oh no, so shouldn’t have said that” Luckily he noticed my team bag on the passenger sear. He looked at me very a very long minute and said “have a good evening Ma’am”, it was all I could do not to speed out of there!
She actually has shared dollar store organizing solutions before! (The only containers I've ever personally bought from the container store were ones where the size I needed was actually cheaper there than something similar at Target or Walmart (one of which--don't remember which--actually didn't have anything in the right sort of size).)
I enjoy going to The Container Store to wander around & just look...it's my version of an amusement park or something. It calms my OCD brain to see so many organized things & for everything to have it's place. I usually get ideas & then I may go back later to get it or just keep it in mind for next time. Thank you for sharing Cass! 💚💙💚💙💚
Right? I paused the video right there, and went straight to the website to see if they were in stock in my local store....they are!! And at the $22 price even. :)
My sis and I drove from AK to WA with no trouble entering Canada (pre covid) and at the border, when asked if she had anything to declare my sis looks for purchased items. Replied, "this bread?" It was so funny. Next, on "reason for travel" instead of saying, "I'm moving" she goes, "it was cold?" 🤣
You know you've grown up when you see a Container Store and feel like doing cartwheels😉 Just redid my spices and couldn't be happier! I love clear and black when organizing...so sleek! Thx for taking me along...cheapest trip in I'll ever take to a Container Store🤫Happy Thanksgiving (Boxing Day)!!❤🙏🏾
I say dumb stuff like that ALL. THE. TIME. When my grandmother died, I put in my time off from work for the funeral. The day of the graveside service was changed due to inclement weather, so naturally, I changed the days I was taking off. When a coworker asked me about it, I told her that my grandmother "un-died". Where this response came from, I have no idea, but the look on her shocked face was PRICELESS 🤣 I know this may seem callous to some but our family believes that we will one day see each other again in heaven so this is only a temporary parting.
You are so inspiring. Tonight I created a system to display the dozen ball caps in the house using rubber bands and binder clips. They look nice and are out of the way for $0.00. I feel like Macgyver. Your videos spur me onto moments of greatness.
Rubber bands and binder clips! Definitely sounds like MacGyver. I was watching a Stargate episode years back and Major Carter made a comment to Colonel O'Neill about "MacGyvering" something. Cracked me up!!
I can relate to that end story, My husband is the one with no filter, our toddler accidentally called 911 from my phone and i hung up. I guess i shouldn't have done that, they called back and sent police over to our house and they had to have a walk through. My husband showed them around and our laundry room door was stuck, couldn't open it. My husband told the 2 police officers oh that's where we put the body!!!!!! Like seriously i couldn't even believe he said that.
Thank you so much for the ideas Cas. My MIL just remodeled her entire kitchen and I needed a way to explain what “The Container Store” is to her and I believe that this video just did that. 😊
I love that the Container Store has organizing styles for every type of organizer. My house needs visual organizing to work for my family. I usually wind up at Container Store because they just have everything all in one place, instead of having to piece it together from random collections at other stores.
Yeah, I DID have to do some piecing together to organize my kitchen drawer. Luckily, both the Ross and Marshalls I went to were right near each other -- it was that way with two different shopping centers.
Cass I love this store for getting inspiration and dreaming. But for me at least, it’s way overpriced. I’ll have to hit the lottery before I can ever organize a space from there.
Once, as we were pulling away from customs, my son piped “They didn’t ask if we had [shooty sticks]!!” Fortunately we were just out of earshot and weren’t hooked up to blood pressure monitors!
@@hijadeitsmombyjudymarchant9475 They might SHOP, they might just not buy . . . It IS a pretty cool store, you just have to be sensible and save up if you're interested in the closet organizing system.
I went for a job with Mercedes Benz as a receptionist at a branch in a wealthy area in southern England, the whole interview went great, my experience meant I was more than qualified and I got on with the interviewers fantastically… at the end of the interview I was asked if I had any questions… I didn’t so I tried to be funny and said, “do I get a company car?” I smiled cheekily as it was obvs a joke… apparently there is no joking at Mercedes Benz as their faces dropped, atmosphere left the room and I was told shortly afterwards they didn’t think I was right for the position… oops!
My husband and I were at the rehearsal for my brother's wedding...in a church. The minister encouraged everyone to be silly and get all their nervousness out, so they were silly. The groomsmen were acting like they had bouquets, they couldn't find the ring. My Daddy stood in for the father of the bride because his flight was delayed. They came down the aisle waving like Queen Elizabeth. But finally the bride's sister had just had enough and told everyone to knock it off and be serious! My poor hubby turned to me and whispered, loud enough for everyone to hear, "What a b****!" Then he just sat there looking horrified. I guess he forgot that he doesn't have an inside voice. Everyone turned and stared at him...and the minster looked at him and nodded his head, "yes!"
The fact that this comment was more interesting than the video, and it had absolutely nothing to do with organizing 😂😂 I'm in a wedding next weekend so maybe I'll have a funny story 🤣
Oh I can do relate to that Cas! I laughed the whole way through my wedding because of nerves! I know what you mean by fall out of your mouth mine does the same lol I wish we had a container store in the UK it looks amazing If probably be in there every week 😅
Cass I didn’t know a store like this even existed! Watching the doors open I got rush of excitement 😃 Thank you thank you !! My favourite section in Wal Mart or dollar store is the container the container section Hello from a Canadian 🐞
I completely relate to your anxiety comedy. I tend to laugh when I am anxious or nervous and when I feel put on the spot I tend to make inappropriate jokes. I don't think I have met anyone else who understands it but I'm glad you shared because I do this too.
Believe it or not…. I’ve never been in The Container Store. It looks amazing. I bet I could stay in there for most of the afternoon. Lol. To be honest, I’m kinda glad it’s far away. I googled the closest one and it’s almost 50 miles away. I’d break the bank if I went there! In your video I saw some of the price tags and things seem way expensive to me. $30 for that 4 section turntable? Yikes! I wonder if they have a sweet clearance section. 😊
🤣 Cass had to laugh my husband is the same way at the border, only he freezes for some reason. My whole family gets a kick out of it. Now I drive over the border to avoid him having to go thru it all 😄
Hi Cas - Yes I can relate. I tend to say or do dumb things if I'm around aggressive people which doesn't help the situation at all - people just end up thinking you're strange !
Hi! I'm new to the channel (May 2023). I loved the ending! LOL! I do something weird too when I'm anxious, nervous, uncomfortable, or bored, I sing Jingle Bells. 365 days a year - you could hear this song come out of my mouth, out of the blue - with or without a prompt. I sing this when I'm uncomfortable. I don't really know why I do this... and I can't seem to stop it either. It started when I was in the Air Force in '93 and has been going on ever since. I also laugh uncontrollably at the word - poop. I really don't know what that's all about either. I could be at THE most solemn occasion ever and I WILL either sing Jingle bells or laugh hysterically if anyone mentions the word poop. It took all my effort... all my strength, NOT to sing Jingle Bells at a funeral I attended. I was sooooo incredibly uncomfortable the entire time and it started spiraling the moment I felt myself needing to sing which then made me even more uncomfortable, which then wanted to make me sing more, and you get the picture. By the time I got in my car and drove off I felt a sense of relief. I no longer felt the need to sing Jingle bells. Anyway, thanks for giving me space to share. I loved the video and I'm enjoying binge watching while packing to move. Keep up the fantastic work!
I've never been to or seen the container store. I appreciate you taking us with you. I get the worse anxiety in elevators. Silly I know but I've been stuck in 3 of them and one time for 4+ hours with a baby and pregnant lady.
Your border crossing stories are a hoot! I have to work hard on my poker face when flying. You absolutely risk being detained if you utter any such word! I never knew Canadian guards had no guns! How refreshing! I spend my daydream hours these days visualizing what to do when shots are fired. Treasure your lack of guns!
Love your work and your sense of humour 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you always make me laugh, and you inspire me!!! I've been stuck in a clutter mess rut for the 1000th time and started to watch all your videos again. You are amazing . Thank you for getting me motivated and back on track 🥰
Thanks for this, I've never been to the Container Store! I do have a funny border story from my university years, this was pre-cell phones. We had a convoy of 3 cars full of kids going to a friend's cottage in New York state. One guy had a set of walkie-talkie things that we used to chat and keep in touch for the trip. Upon reaching the border, one guy broadcasts to all of us, as a joke, "OK guys, hide the drugs!" OMG. I thought we were all going to get searched for sure 😆
The ship's captain came into the galley to wish me a happy birthday. I spun around surprised and accidentally backhanded him below the belt. Tons of embarrassment on both sides. Captain said "I just stopped by to wish you happy birthday" and I replied "thanks for the package" 😬
Hey I just wanted to comment on this, cause I know you have set goals about your body and how your not quite content with it but I just wanted to say you look great! I love your outfit the black pants and red top you look so cute and put together :) so just take it nice and slow small changes you look good already so no need to push yourself to hard or get down on yourself just think about the nutrition that you get from the food, candy doesn't provide anything but a high rise in blood sugar no nutritional benefits. keep it up your doing great
That’s my whole family! Whenever we go to the fair, they always want to take your pictures. My husband always says you can’t take my picture I want it. The look on their faces too funny. But then inevitably we have a sheriff following us the whole time 😂😂😂
Wow sweet Cas, this is a 15 minute Container Store commercial 🤔. Most of those containers cost more than the stuff I would fill them with. I think I'll just keep striving to have less stuff in order to save money, time, energy and my sanity.
As a butterfly, I see no use of these things... I dream of taking away the doors of anything and after this video I think tomorrow I will actually throw away some containers because the only container I will need is when they will buried me and that they do not sell at the container stores 🤔
OMG I totally can relate how weird I become going through borders/customs!😖🤯😳 I always get nervous, I'm such a chicken in front of them and I look super guilty even though I'm not!!! Sigh😪 it's very embarrassing! You looked like kid in a candy store while shopping at the Container Store, it was so much fun to see how excited you were.❤
Oh wow these are the days that Australia feels too far away from the world. Haha I love that shop already! A shop full of baskets😍 I'd be so at home there. Thank you so much for taking us along! Its nice to see what's out there! And I can look on Amazon for my faves. Haha yeah I lean to comedy in anxious situations too. Its embarrassing.
When I get anxious I also talk a lot. I grew up in the 90s/2000s, and if you recall, this was back when emotions were signs of weakness and having them made you unnatural and difficult to love. So I ended up being chatty whenever I'm anxious, and smiling whenever sad, and accommodating/passive whenever angry. Since I grew up (ie recognized that they lied to me about emotions), I've been working on those, especially the last one which can be dangerous. Also: you should buy yourself one of those unicorn laundry hampers for yourself!
Hi Cas! Whow, it´s amazing!!! Such a shop is my dream and I would probably spend several days there.😍😍😍 In the Czech Republic, we also don't have any huge stores focused only on household organization. Either similar products can only be found online on the Internet (the disadvantage is that I cannot see and compare them in person) or they are available in classic supermarkets or furniture stores. But only always in a small amount - usually just one part of the store... Otherwise, I'm also "weird" when I'm nervous - like you, I usually giggle or try to create a funny atmosphere. Sometimes I get so much joy from gifts that I just jump around. My husband tells me I "froze" at 13.😂😂😂
Thank you for your help.🤩I regularly read your emails that you send from your blog. I still have a problem with cleaning. I also went to a psychiatrist because of this, to see if I have adhd, because I also forget like crazy and I'm constantly tired. So far, the doctor has diagnosed me with an anxiety disorder, adhd is said to be tested when everything gets better... By thé way, I took your test and I'm a cricket, but I can't keep my house tidy.😏
So agree with you that organized spaces can look beautiful at the same time. I guess it's the level up step of organizing 😅 but anyway. It's all a journey and so cool there are supplies for every part of the ride😊😉
We don't have a container store here, but if we did, I would definitely shop there. Many things I saw in your video are very nice and durable and would be long term use. Thank you for taking us along. I enjoyed every minute of it.
I have said some crazy things too and sometimes it’s usually not nice. 🤦🏾♀️ Then I play it over and over in my mind because I was an idiot and so embarrassed! So I know how you feel!
Your voice inspires me. You are so enthusiastic! I have to do my bedroom today before I leave for a week trip. You are inspiring me to do it one thing at a time!!!!
I've never been to a container store. The husband had colon cancer, he has a scopy bag. We had to go to court once. The officer said, take off your shoes and belts. My husband said I can't take off my belt, I have a medical device. Officer looks at him with a look I don't believe you. So he lifts his shirt, I thought the officer was going to throw up. I started to laugh, then he was mad at me for laughing..oh what a day
Oh I love it!>silly guard! He thought people would make up that stuff up? It’s humbling enough to have a bag, to be questioned to the point of having to give him a peek! Grief! I’m so glad you laughed at his reaction!
You will be a hoot when you are elderly. Most "elderly" don't have that filter any more and they say whatever they are thinking. I love it because it's so cute.............YOU will be a blast to be around when you are older.
Love your border story, Cas! My husband and I were stopped at the American border a few years ago, coming home from a trip through Canada. Car searched, no talking(!), freezing cold INSIDE the building (in June!)! It was terrifying to say the least. 😳 The guy in charge was obviously on some kind of power trip, and basically threatened everyone in the room, telling us his height and weight, and that he "could do some damage". We still talk about him to this day. (Should have reported him.) Gosh, and we didn't even say anything stupid out of nervouness to get pulled over!! Go figure! 🤷♂️ We understand, Cas!!!
Wish we had the container store in Australia. I love decluttering and organising my home now thanks to you and the take your house back course. Your videos are awesome Cas. Well done.
I was crossing the border with my uncle on our way back to Oregon and he mentioned we got fruits while in CA Lolol…. Almost got pulled but I immediately said we ate them already and don’t have seeds
Now I really wish I lived near a container store but I don't! I do live near a Marshalls and maybe I could find some similar things there but just not as cool as at your container store! Thanks for the tour!
I loved the end! Our youngest daughter went to Canada on her own, with an empty suitcase to pack her purchases while in Canada! 🤦♀️ We’ve travelled the world and told her to NEVER cross into another country with an empty suitcase! She was 21 at the time and they went gentle on her. Just took the suitcase and said what her father and I have been telling her for ages! We have so many suitcase’s in our houses that it a running joke for family and friends to show up to borrow a suitcase for a trip! They also serve as storage for us. We’ll put “grab a gift” in some with labels, of course. And yes, she bought a suitcase and packed it with her purchases. 😂
You should get together with The Organized Soprano 😂 She used to work there and is an amazing organizer. The one thing at TCS that I always go for are the three sizes of shoe boxes; they are clear and very affordable.
I have the animal bins. My sons room is animal themed so those fit perfectly. He’s only 2 so he’s not big on organizing or cares what the container looks like but it’s cute and fun.
I saw your video thumbnail a few hours ago before I headed to work and again on a quick break I still haven't watched it I am on the bus and I don't have headphones but a very different thumbnail vibe I like it. I think it would appeal to people outside your established audience

I think its hard to resist the temptation that more containers will help organize. Getting rid of things is FAR more beneficial and way cheaper.
And not buying wrapping paper. I never grew up with it, since my parents reused bags (store-bought ones they'd been given, or fabric ones they made), so I've never bought it. I don't spend the money and I don't have to throw it in the garbage after 1-2 uses (most are not recyclable)

We can only get rid of things we aren't using. I don't own things I don't use.
I actually need to buy more stuff.
But we do need to organize what's left after we purge.
All the plastic bits and boxes remind me of tupperware.
I'm obsessed with containers but I'm not gonna lie, I'm overwhelmed by all the amazing choices.

My thoughts EXACTLY! Get rid of your junk so you don't have to buy containers!
I watch the videos to get ideas to look for items at the dollar store, or Walmart.
Hopefully people that have watched some of the other videos will know that the first rule is to declutter. But you have a valid point.
What if I’m a butterfly organizer and like to see all my stuff? Cardboard boxes don’t work for me.
@@carrie3206 Another great point! I'm a bee and love to see all my stuff too! Lol great minds think a like ...
I need to make a beautiful basket to hold all my glue sticks for making my beautiful baskets😅
Love your comment about the " clutter coffins". Thanks so much for sharing.
Container Store prices are even More expensive in Canada.
I think they are expensive here in the US too.
Where are you in Canada? I'm in Toronto and I swear I can't find one. Of course, Toronto is basically all condos now, so that's a pain in the butt.
I feel you. Authority figures make me incredibly nervous also 🤣
I start thanking them profusely, for what, no clue.
I love your enthusiasm you could sell anything, but mostly you sell life. God made you a sparkling gem, you shine so brightly. I know that means you went through some deep heartaches and super unbelievable troubles, but look at ya now baby girl. I'm officially adopting you as a Granddaughter
Love Ruthie
Watching you has made me very aware of my organizing style, thanks to you I know I’m a visual macro sorter. Thanks for the insight.
It would be interesting to see your favorites at Walmart, or five below or Amazon besides this container store.
Amazon has some of the same brands as The Container Store.
Amazon has some of the same brands as The Container Store.
walmart and target have some similar items, good quality for less. I still wish there was a Container store near me.
Those other stores aren’t sponsoring her!
She actually has shared dollar store organizing solutions before! (The only containers I've ever personally bought from the container store were ones where the size I needed was actually cheaper there than something similar at Target or Walmart (one of which--don't remember which--actually didn't have anything in the right sort of size).)
Just seeing the inside of the container store makes me so relaxed. I think I can vacation there. Oh the possibilities!
That pull down spice rack- AMAZING!!
Right? I paused the video right there, and went straight to the website to see if they were in stock in my local store....they are!! And at the $22 price even. :)
Thanks for sharing. I'd love to see prices popped up on the screen or mentioned more.
Where this response came from, I have no idea, but the look on her shocked face was PRICELESS 🤣
I know this may seem callous to some but our family believes that we will one day see each other again in heaven so this is only a temporary parting.
So sorry for your loss on earth. Doesn't seem callous at all, all Christians believe the same thing. I believe you will see her again one day 💕
You are so inspiring. Tonight I created a system to display the dozen ball caps in the house using rubber bands and binder clips. They look nice and are out of the way for $0.00. I feel like Macgyver. Your videos spur me onto moments of greatness.
Where can I get free binder clips?
Cue stony stare from police officer
Haha oh boy. 😅
Laughing so hard!!! 😆
Lol!!
I totally agree!
Yeah, I DID have to do some piecing together to organize my kitchen drawer. Luckily, both the Ross and Marshalls I went to were right near each other -- it was that way with two different shopping centers.
I have never seen the Container Store before. WOW!
Cass I love this store for getting inspiration and dreaming. But for me at least, it’s way overpriced. I’ll have to hit the lottery before I can ever organize a space from there.
Once, as we were pulling away from customs, my son piped “They didn’t ask if we had [shooty sticks]!!” Fortunately we were just out of earshot and weren’t hooked up to blood pressure monitors!
sorry but no one shops at the container store.,so expensive.
@@hijadeitsmombyjudymarchant9475 some of us do shop at the container store and do not find it to expensive.
Oh boy, they should have thought THAT was funny!! Lol
They obviously don't like humor, such dry people. It's there loss, that was a funny joke, I'd be like "I know right "
Cass, I just want to say that you look absolutely amazing. I haven't watched your videos lately but ran into this one. You're fabulous.
Thank you so much!
Why is there no emoticon options in comments?
😂😂😂
Oh I can do relate to that Cas! I laughed the whole way through my wedding because of nerves! I know what you mean by fall out of your mouth mine does the same lol I wish we had a container store in the UK it looks amazing If probably be in there every week 😅
Cass
I didn’t know a store like this even existed! Watching the doors open I got rush of excitement 😃
Thank you thank you !!
My favourite section in Wal Mart or dollar store is the container the container section
Hello from a Canadian 🐞
Just reading this comment is anxiety producing!
Wow.. what an awesome place! I'd spend the whole day in there🤩
Your border crossing stories are a hoot! I have to work hard on my poker face when flying. You absolutely risk being detained if you utter any such word!
I never knew Canadian guards had no guns! How refreshing! I spend my daydream hours these days visualizing what to do when shots are fired. Treasure your lack of guns!
Oh girl… yes I can relate! My whole life, is like…did I just say that?!!
OMG! That is organizing/basket heaven!!! So jealous we don`t have something like that here.
I love how excited you get about this store! You became alive!
Bc she’s paid to lol
?
Thanks for the best laugh I've had all day 😂
Lol!
Nuts!
@@FrogeniusW.G. "package" is a euphemism meaning the male reproductive system. Not a comment I wanted to make to the Capt. But it just fell out...
I love your enthusiasm for the tea organizer! I want one :)
My son (15 and a bee) stores his legos by color. Clear plastic drawers and labels. He took the time to separate them himself and still uses them.
Hey I just wanted to comment on this, cause I know you have set goals about your body and how your not quite content with it but I just wanted to say you look great! I love your outfit the black pants and red top you look so cute and put together :) so just take it nice and slow small changes you look good already so no need to push yourself to hard or get down on yourself just think about the nutrition that you get from the food, candy doesn't provide anything but a high rise in blood sugar no nutritional benefits. keep it up your doing great
I would go wild in this store and fill up my cart!! Love this!!
Well she is in a partnership with them. I have come to expect it. This is her job.
@@ImLunaShesZeta then she should say that. Not disclosing something like that is actually unprofessional and her not doing her job properly.
@@sinaain wow. U sound angry and jealous. Lol. All is well. Hopefully one day ur paycheck will expand and allow u to do more. ❤️
As a butterfly, I see no use of these things... I dream of taking away the doors of anything and after this video I think tomorrow I will actually throw away some containers because the only container I will need is when they will buried me and that they do not sell at the container stores 🤔
You can typically find similar products at other stores. It's not that hard, or that serious.
OMG I totally can relate how weird I become going through borders/customs!😖🤯😳 I always get nervous, I'm such a chicken in front of them and I look super guilty even though I'm not!!! Sigh😪 it's very embarrassing! You looked like kid in a candy store while shopping at the Container Store, it was so much fun to see how excited you were.❤
Thank you so much for the virtual tour. Wow! That is an amazing store. Wish there was one where I live.
Oh wow these are the days that Australia feels too far away from the world. Haha I love that shop already! A shop full of baskets😍
I'd be so at home there.
How funny!
So agree with you that organized spaces can look beautiful at the same time. I guess it's the level up step of organizing 😅 but anyway. It's all a journey and so cool there are supplies for every part of the ride😊😉
I would get into so much trouble in the Container Store. Glad there isn't one too close to where I live!
We don't have a container store here, but if we did, I would definitely shop there. Many things I saw in your video are very nice and durable and would be long term use. Thank you for taking us along. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Hi Cas!!🙋🏻♀️ I hope you and the family are doing well.
Excellent! Love your joy and enthusiasm
Love the container store. So many useful and fun things for your home. We think you're really funny. Thanks for sharing !!
I really enjoyed the tour through the container store. Thank you.
I have said some crazy things too and sometimes it’s usually not nice. 🤦🏾♀️ Then I play it over and over in my mind because I was an idiot and so embarrassed! So I know how you feel!
Great ideas! Would love to see a video like this from Solutions in Canada! 🙂
Your voice inspires me. You are so enthusiastic! I have to do my bedroom today before I leave for a week trip. You are inspiring me to do it one thing at a time!!!!
I'm so glad!
I started to laugh, then he was mad at me for laughing..oh what a day
I bet the officer believed more people after that. It sounds hilarious.
Oh I love it!>silly guard! He thought people would make up that stuff up? It’s humbling enough to have a bag, to be questioned to the point of having to give him a peek! Grief! I’m so glad you laughed at his reaction!
😂😂😂 I would of done the same thing that's what he gets for not believing your husband!
This happened to me with a back brace. They still tried to get me to take it off though.
Thanks for visiting us at our Troy, MI location 🤍🤍☺️
I love you so much!! 😂🤣 Such wonderful information and funny stories!!
Thanks Cass, I've always wanted to see the inside of one of these stores! It looks amazing! I would go crazy buying stuff in there!
You are so welcome!
You will be a hoot when you are elderly. Most "elderly" don't have that filter any more and they say whatever they are thinking. I love it because it's so cute.............YOU will be a blast to be around when you are older.
Like watching a commercial-usually I find this channel better.
I wish I lived close to a Container Store. I see so many things that would be helpful.
Go figure! 🤷♂️
We understand, Cas!!!
I would absolutely love visiting a container store. It would make my day.
Wish we had the container store in Australia. I love decluttering and organising my home now thanks to you and the take your house back course. Your videos are awesome Cas. Well done.
Thank you so much!
I was crossing the border with my uncle on our way back to Oregon and he mentioned we got fruits while in CA Lolol…. Almost got pulled but I immediately said we ate them already and don’t have seeds
Sometimes I don’t have a filter either! 🤦🏻♀️ I definitely can relate!
girl! this is a SUPER TOUR of The Container Store!!! and....................I LOVE IT!!!! instant motivation to get up and organize!!!! thanx Cass!!
You're welcome!
Now I really wish I lived near a container store but I don't! I do live near a Marshalls and maybe I could find some similar things there but just not as cool as at your container store! Thanks for the tour!
I'm in love!! It's been about 5 years since I visited The Container Store but I had no idea they had so much great stuff!
It's so good!
Oh how funny!
What's wrong with crossing the border with an empty suitcase? Beats a full one with a body or a bomb in it.
You should get together with The Organized Soprano 😂 She used to work there and is an amazing organizer. The one thing at TCS that I always go for are the three sizes of shoe boxes; they are clear and very affordable.
For sure!
I watch her channel too.
I think we need this shop in the UK
I have the animal bins. My sons room is animal themed so those fit perfectly. He’s only 2 so he’s not big on organizing or cares what the container looks like but it’s cute and fun.
You are so lucky to have a Container Store. Here in the UK we have nothing like it.😪
I saw your video thumbnail a few hours ago before I headed to work and again on a quick break I still haven't watched it I am on the bus and I don't have headphones but a very different thumbnail vibe I like it. I think it would appeal to people outside your established audience
Omg I love watching your videos, you are hilarious!!! Thanks for being so real!!
