Glad you enjoyed the video. I'm sure once you fine the perfect time you'll start messing around with your lathe. Good luck and remember to be safe around machinery.
Ok Glenn, your just showing off those new bearings taking those 50 thou cuts with a mirror finish😃. Thanks for the video and all your help getting my lathe back together after I did my bearings. Ted
G'day Glen. That bushing came out really well. I must have missed it somewhere. What is the bushing for ? . I like your heavy duty parts locator that you used on the mill vise. Overall great video. Have a Terrific & Prosperous New Year 2025 Ted
Hello Ted, I really don't know if you can call it a bushing. I have a pillow block bearing with a 3/4" ID. And a shaft that is 1/2" in diameter. I'm just using the stuff I have laying around the shop so to make one work with the other I made a bushing or spacer. Thank you for watching. You have s great New Years also.
Nice simple project. love the use of the small v-block for work holding. Nice one.
Thanks Deez.
Very cool video. I enjoyed watching the process from start to finish. I have a used grizzly lathe that i want to eventually start playing with.

Nice!!! Congratulations on the views!!! Have a nice week!!
You know, I think I have more fun editing my videos lately than making them. Thanks for watching Michael.
I need to invest in a set of reamers. I still depend on drill bits to be accurate.
Everything cost so dam much. I'm sure once you are in real need you will most likely buy some. Thanks for watching Doc.
