That is one i noticed too, I tried to nuke with Wanderer on Raiden one some time ago, buffing with food and Faruzan-Bennett-Mona, everything went fine till He is in his E, charge doing charge shots, but No Numbers or her life lowering at all
She took Vaporize dmg before his E, and took dmg after I switched characters, but not when He had to to do his "NUKES!!!"
It happened another time on same Scara boss when i tried to nuke with Kazuha, just for fun, full rotation, and Burst, nothing, E nothing, normal attacks nothing, swirch character, now dmg!
Do they have anti Nuke policy or caps for C0 or 4-star weapons or not maxed characters??? I don't understand

You'd be wrong lmao. Aqua at R1 gives more stats than Stringless R5 for vapes. You have so many EM and dmg% buffs on the team that Aqua's 88 crit damage simply scales much higher.
