There is (or used to be) a conveyor mod that attached to the front pto of your tractor and sits backwards over the cab, you could use something like that and pull your trailers up behind and fill from the shed that way possibly.
When you get enough storage space for the rest of the chaff you put in the shed I recommend the lizard forage pickup with the 7810 pull the tractor in front of the pike put the semi’s behind and the pipe should detect the trailer

In the construction mode, if you select any paintable "Plants" and just hold right click, it deletes every plant type on the ground
