  • Welcome back! Today I am talking about new cordless clippers I got to shear the rabbits with (link below) They worked really well and got a huge basketful of German Angora fiber to spin. Enjoy!

Thank you! I prefer combing, but when it hits spring and temperatures go up, I do shear them down.

I am learning so much! Thank you! ❤ I want to learn how to spin this fall (after harvest) and then next year I’m hopeful we will be in a new property and I’ll have room for rabbits 🐰 ❤

What a great groom, considering the it was the rabbit's first time. If I get a German angora, I would get this kit.

Second cuts can also be used in felting projects

Renee when you groom, what kind of a table you use?

I have a built in in my barn (like a cupboard with countertop) it's perfect. I will also just set them in my lap to groom.

Are they that calm to sit in your lap, lol .I guess so, my French Angora seems so less calm. He is not neutered, I was actually thinking I would not neuter him..... what are your thoughts on neutering or not neutering.

Most of mine will sit in my lap. I find even the wiggly ones do better on my lap. I have never had any rabbits neutered. I don't have an opinion either way. I have always bred my rabbits. I think it would be beneficial if you wanted to colony raise without the babies😁

Thank you so much I have a very wiggly French Angora. I took him to my homaker meeting today and he just goes back and forth , back and forth in his small dog crate and when I took him out of the crate, to show him ,a towel down on the table he kept trying to hop away from me Lol. I call him my wild child! Lol. Any advice to getting him to calm down? I love your videos and am a felter but new to Angora rabbits.

Хотелось бы увидеть, как прядется пряжа с непсами.
