When heating tortillas you don't need the pan. Just throw the tortillas right on the hob, gas or electric, no matter, for 10-15 seconds and flip. Keep flipping until lightly brown, warmed throughout, soft & pliable, and luscious. With love from Arizona USA and Merry Christmas!

I wellington up turkey tenders, yum! also smoked sturgeon [that's coulibiac, I guess] and this christmas we're stealthing a vegan wellington on the family with potato chunks, asparagus tips, and roasted red pepper in the duxelle, which is also weepingly delicious, umami, and fancy-schmancy. Took a while to test-drive all the elements and get them right, but it's in the bag.
