Terrible. Instructions given don’t explain a thing for the teryx 4SE even after calling and making sure it was the right part to get. Seems like the person answering the call either had no idea and just said yes, or they make money through turnaround on phone calls. How companies like this take advantage of disabled customers is beyond me.
Sorry you are having a hard time, There is a possibility if you ordered a R129 kit that it had the wrong components sent. We are looking in to that P/N currently and the packing list is incomplete. Just as a note, the instructions sent our are generic, for vehicle specific installs email or contact tech support. Some models have step by step while others are pictures of where components are placed as they are more universal kits. We have yet to find a vehicle we can not get hand controls in to.
