Most pro level creators today make these super cramped, pure luck troll levels that are hard to get into as a viewer. Only reason fanart is given a pass by companies is usually because the hassle is not worth it. AI has no problem, because you cannot take a completed work and determine any specific origin (unless the AI is poorly trained to an impractical and fatal degree).
