Hey Post- I’ve been binge watching your videos lately, as I am currently going through the saddest and most difficult point in my life yet. Nevertheless, each of your videos never fails to make me smile and make things a little bit better. Keep on keeping on. Bean
Someone must have said something before, but I just have to say it.... I really hope you leave your itinerary with someone since you hike alone. I used to hike with my Dad and he would warn me to never go alone. I love the video - plan on watching again tomorrow while on the treadmill. Stuck in the house and these videos really make my gym workout much easier :) Cheers!
Wow, I'm bundled up in my house with no intention of going outside. You're a real adventurer , such beautiful scenery. Thanks for another fantastic video!
Thank you. It's so beautiful. And that sound of walking on the snowy trails is a bonus . Thank you for traveling in the cold and sharing. God bless you.
This was such a beautiful winter hike! Thank you for bringing us along. Hiked 4 miles at our local state park the other day in a foot of snow. Can't beat winter hiking, and yup....you sure do get sweaty! 😊 Hope you make it back to those falls in the spring!
@post10 So beautiful to see the winter in north east USA. I'm in Queensland Australia and we average 10 to 20 degrees celsius in our winter. So seeing the ice and snow is stunning. Thank you for putting such good quality content on youtube. Keep it up and stay safe.
Ah! Perfect hike. Charming signage on bridges and cool waterfall. Wouldn't want to climb the big ice cube, but I'd love seeing it again. Kinda' obsessed with waterfalls because I've been all over the world, but never see one. Kindly let me live vicariously through you and re-visit, would you? Speaking of visiting, at the discharge lake culverts, right after I mumbled how much icier it was than the last time 'we' were there, you said the same thing aloud. Um, hum. For the umpteenth time, thanks for letting me tag along. 🌟✨💙✨🌟
If it’s from lord of the rings he said it correctly-DUMB 😂🇬🇧😂 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back glad I didn’t watch rest of borefest franchise , but I like crocodile Dundee films 😂am nee expert 😂🇬🇧
In my area of Wisconsin called the "Driftless Region" the land is very gnarly with steep ridges and deep valleys. All of the creeks and streams are spring fed in the area, and none of them freeze in the winter. In the winter they get a small weed - I believe it's called duckweed - covering the tops of more still areas. Winter hikes are awesome, keep up the good work post 10!
Gorgeous pictures . Here in Missouri we don't normally get harsh winters. This year is so different. For a couple of days we have had below zero temps. Neg 15 degree high.
My least favorite part of hiking in the winter is how snow from the trees will always find a way into my hood. I do love how quiet and calm it gets though. And no spiders. No spiderwebs to get caught on your face in the winter is always a pleasure.
Piquatquog Falls in Goffstown. Nh. Coolest frizen waterfalls i have seen. Ice forms a holow passage behind it. My son now takes his daughters on hikes thru the trails there.
I remember seeing an old post office on the other side of the tracks. Guess that was Mt Washington in the background at the start? Going to visit Ripley Falls too ? Like to see a winter view of that. Only ever saw the falls in summer time. Thought Ripley was a much more impressive falls - taller, narrow and better water flow.

Anyone else have a slight moment of panic when Post sunk into that snow drift??
I think it's because there's a sound effect that sounds like his leg breaking or something
Yes because I can't stop thinking about how that's normally a WATERFALL behind him!! Lol
No, its only snow.
yes my heart was in my mouth , and i kept thinking he was going to slide over the edge .
I'm scared of heights and the higher up he got the faster my heart was beating... when his foot went in that drift it almost did me in
Post is getting fancy with his watermarks
they're getting distracting tbh...
They don't bother me.
@@CC-xn5xi me neither
I can't blame him, other people keep stealing his stuff
Doesn’t bother me either. And totally worth it if they protect his work.

Just so beautiful. I’m from Florida, but still love the snow.
Set a trailcam in the trees next time you'll catch the waterfall breaking loose.
Not sure I would be sweating in this kind of weather. It is beautiful.
Oh wow you can hear the water under the ice.
This is a beautiful site, thank you for bringing this to the people.
I giggled a bit when you post holed. I did the same thing in the same spot 4 winters ago. Gotta love Arethusa.
Looks amazing, watching from rainy mild UK to relax my crippling anxiety before I sleep. Cheers.
Beautiful country. Great video. I can’t imagine how cold it must be. How are your dogs?
Your areas scenery is fantastic.Be well stay safe and stay warm.

Very interesting Post10!
Bridge of Khazad-Dum is pronounced Khazad-/doom. It is from the Lord of the Rings: fellowship of the Ring.

All these Lord of the Rings bridges and then the head of a Dragon on top of the waterfall. 6:37 🐲😉
Super👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍☃️☃️☃️🍀❤️
Very good View
Beautiful. How is April?
Lovely waterfall scary and beautiful
Is your watermark 3D with glasses? It certainly looks like it, but I don't have 3D glasses to check.
Your life is completely exotic to me. Never experienced that kind of snow. I don't experience snow much at all actually.
My least favorite part of hiking in the winter is how snow from the trees will always find a way into my hood. I do love how quiet and calm it gets though. And no spiders. No spiderwebs to get caught on your face in the winter is always a pleasure.
it's warmer there than it is on the gulf coast.

You need a copilot for some of your adventures. 🙂
7:26 I just knew Post 10 had fallen down the side of the waterfall.....whew! Scared the begeesus out of me!
Well, the video was published, so you know he's okay... startled me though.
Love the content ❤
Greetings from Germany 👍
Absolutely beautiful there
A timelapse of the freeze and thawing of that waterfall would be awesome to watch.
Can anyone tell me why post 10 puts a watermark? Is it for copyright reasons or if someone tries to use his footage? Something like that?
People steal his footage
@@roguechlnchllla6564 oh thanks

@@lemonmoth. that sounds really awesome!
That frozen water fall is pretty awesome
Omg I jumped enough to scare the cat at 7:27 my stupid ass thought you slipped over the edge. Jeeze.
Maybe you could set up a trail cam to catch when that ice melts? Yes, it was an interesting video.
I can’t help but think that you should have a dog with you on a hike like this.
I love how medatative these are. Couldnt fall asleep last night. Watched this, then passed right out
That is so beautiful
I about pooped when you went thru the drift lol
Amazing dude 👍
