Yes, the freshness of it. it's cold. Outside is mild, but you are hot because of your coat. The sun is beaming on your face. Then you drink some out of the bucket, and everything makes sense again ! Ah how i love maple sap

Finally got to visit this place March 16 2018. Food was TOTALLY different than this. Weird combinations. Nothing like you see on TV; Best part was the maple beef and maple bacon.

You can go 30 times and each time is diffrent .......I am a foodie that does travel example 5 hours drive for Buffalo wings....In Buffalo outside patio with a pitcher of beer ...Had a blast
Montreal You need a early morning start to a fresh bagel And cream cheese with salmon Or what you like. Get a thermos of hot coffee And head up to the top of Mont Royal to enjoy the view while gobbing this down ...
Swartz deli And the montreal smoked meat in a sandwich BUT get it to go That way you dont feel rushed to eat it and get out ...They will stare at you if you are not eatting ...space is costly ... Or I will travel another 3hrs north to my Aunts house But call ahead And pick up a bottle of wine And a expensive desert Because She will make a Moose tourtiere And a little side of cranberry jam And Bannock True deep French Canadian cooking with Native ties Oh and for your maple....Maple moose jerky Christmas she makes a 7 layer cake ..Maple cream, Chocolate, Carmel, butter tart rasin, Raspberry jelly, fudge, custard on layers of cake Served frozen ....They real stuff comes from grannies and aunties lol 9 hrs to get it And see some of the family ...worth it

The best maple sirup is from the end season, when it's darker:

Maple syrup is the sugar of god.Not the shitty plastic bottle fake corn syrup they sell at the grocery store. The real thing from Quebec.Everyone is doing it in a artisanal way so nobody got the same final product.See it as doing wine. The place, trees, temperatures and a lot of different other factors can change the taste of it.

8:38 "tortier"?... It's tourtière... For the "è" sound, it can pass... But for "ou"?, no, I not acceptable. It's said the same way as "oo" in "fool".

Australia has a huge horse & camel meat sector that predominantly exports to Arab countries... western countries continue to push their own preferences & agendas upon everyone else whilst one of the most populous cultures on the globe, doesn't eat beef as they believe the creature to be sacred - but y'all still do..?!?!? When in fact, the most consumed meat on the planet is goat. 🐐

The same way you say "Hell" in lowercase, and at the end of your sentence with a question mark and an exclamation point. He's not French, and you don't speak English. Get over it, and enjoy the video.
