I've known for at least 15 or so years the trinity was false. A friend showed his research he did with another friend. He had it all in a binder and let me borrow it for study. I did. I've studied it since then. But the best way to prove the Trinity wrong is read the Bible yourself.

Praising our Father for this simple humble tool we can share. I plan to share this, my only change to the entire presentation would be at the 39 minute mark where you allow viewers to peek into the dirty laundry basket what I mean is I pray next time the words would say "I love and respect my brothers and sisters who do not yet understand the cunning 'confusion' or error, and I will diligently pray until the day comes that this pillar is clarified and we can experience Pentecost repentance and power. I long for the day we can wash each other's feet and work united in truth"
    Guard humility.

    SDA vs Catholic vs Anti-trinitarian
    CATHOLIC TRINITY
The Trinity of the Catholic Church is derived from Greek philosophy and teaches that it is the Father who eternally generates the Son. The Son is seen as having been derived/begotten by the Father while the Holy Spirit proceeds from both. This implies that the generation of the Son depends on the Father theologically and that the Father is the only one without origin. The Catholic Church affirms the eternal subordination of the Son.
    ANTI-TRINITARIANS
Anti-Trinitarians have substantial similarities to the Roman Catholic Church’s concept of the trinity. They seem to have inherited the Roman Catholic Church’s understanding of God
with the Son in subordination to the Father having been begotten in a birthing event deriving his existence from the Father. This similarity is also seen in the procession of the Holy Spirit from both the Father and Son.
    SDA GODHEAD
The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one Godhead or one God with three co-eternal, co-equal divine Persons each God, in perfect unity though distinct from one another, None is the origin of the others.
The anti-trinitarians in reality are expounding Roman Catholic trinity doctrine. They are under a strong delusion and it is possible that Rome herself is at the head of their movement and has them deceived.

Catholic Creed injects coeternal coexistence, and it brings words in that is more complex then the original Bible quote. The word Trinity is not Holy enough to explain God it's dipped in paganism.

    • @realmichaud

Plus it crushes the true personality of God, meaning God's love. 1Jn_4:16 'And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.' They, the trinitarians act as if God is somehow powerless or in some twisted way explains away his spirit and believe the Holy Spirit is not God himself. Joh_4:24 'God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.'

A very interesting presentation and I look forward to watching the remaining videos in the series.
In the Review and Herald, Oct. 9, 1913, on page 21 is found an article written after one by EGW, tiltled, "The Message for Today". The article does not have an author noted, but may be the editor at the time, F.M. Wilcox. Here is a quote from that article. "For the benefit of those who may desire to know more particularly the cardinal features of the faith held by this denomination, we shall state that Seventh-day Adventists believe,-
    1. In the divine Trinity. This Trinity consists of the eternal Father, a personal, spiritual being, omnipotent, omniscient, infinite in power, wisdom, and love; of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the eternal Father, through whom all things were created, and through whom the salvation of the redeemed hosts will be accomplished; the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead."
Since I'm unclear as to the full application of this statement, could you please make a brief comment on this. Thank you.

Francis McLellan Wilcox wrote that article in the Review in 1913 (then editor), in response to an article written by James M. Gray, Dean of the respected Moody Bible Institute of Chicago, entitled “Bible Problems Explained”. On page 81 of Mr. Gray’s article, he stated that as of 1913 Seventh-day Adventists “reject the doctrine of the Trinity, which involves the Deity of Christ, though this is not stated“. Wilcox did not like that so in response he took it upon himself to mention the word “trinity” in the 1913 Review and Herald while not actually stating any trinity doctrine in his wording.
In addition, the article by Mrs. White placed before Wilcox’s 1913 Review and Herald article entitled “Go, Teach All Nations” was not written by her in 1913. It was actually a cut and paste taken from her book “The Desire of Ages” published 15 years prior in 1898, Chapter 86-Go Teach All Nations. The chapter begins at DA 818.1. In 1913 Mrs. White was 86 year old, very ill and she wrote very little from that time until her death two years later. She probably never knew about Wilcox's article.

A pastor tried to disfellowship me, and he ended up disfellowshipping himself. Another pastor did the same thing and claimed I tried to choke him. The truth is he was in a satanic rage against me and grabbed me and threw me out of the church and told the head elder to call the police and his wife texted us and told us not to go to church anymore. But we ignored this insanity.
"Those who turn from the plain teaching of Scripture and the convicting power of God’s Holy Spirit are inviting the control of demons." DA 258.2
But they still believe the pastor and claim they are forgiving me. I don't believe they can disfellowship me. Ellen White said Elijah and David both made a mistake by leaving Israel.

The Son of God shared the Father’s throne, and the glory of the eternal, self-existent One encircled both. About the throne gathered the holy angels, a vast, unnumbered throng-“ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands” (Revelation 5:11.), the most exalted angels, as ministers and subjects, rejoicing in the light that fell upon them from the presence of the Deity. Before the assembled inhabitants of heaven the King declared that NONE BUT CHRIST, the Only Begotten of God, could FULLY enter into His purposes, and to Him it was committed to execute the mighty counsels of His will." - Patriarchs and Prophets, p36 (emphasis mine).

I very much appreciate how you have helped explain why the trinity is a false doctrine. However, I do have a question as it relates to the Holy Spirit.
    John 14:6
    King James Version
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
If Jesus says that Jesus is the way unto the Father and there is none other.
If Jesus says that Jesus is the truth unto the Father and there is none other.
If Jesus says that Jesus is the life unto the Father and there is none other.
Then what room is left for a Holy Spirit?
The Father God has a holy Spirit, I hope.
The Son of God has a holy Spirit, I hope.
But Scripture gives no room for a "Holy Spirit."

Hello there! Let’s compare scripture with scripture.
      Luke 12:11-12
11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
      Matt 10:19-20
19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
The Holy Spirit (HS) is the spirit OF the Father and OF Christ (Romans 8:9-10). The HS isn’t a being other than the Father or Son but it is the very presence of the Father and Son. NOT a impersonal power but Their very presence and power.
I’d be glad to study this out with you if you’d like. Blessings.

No trinity exists. Jesus is ONLY WITH THE FATHER, as crystal clear disclosed by the gospels. The reason is that the Holy Spirit is not a THIRD divine person. If a third person existed, that person would be mentioned by Jesus together with the Father. But this does not happen, i.e. this means that third person does NOT EXIST, in fact neither the Holy Spirit nor the Spirit of Truth are THIRD PERSONS.
Jesus is ready to go to heaven and promises that He will come to comfort the apostles "I will come to you". However - from the context - you can figure out that this won't happen in flesh and bones, i.e. from time to time Jesus will go to the apostles, but in the FORM OF A SPIRIT.
You can call Him the "Spirit of Jesus". Thus, you have Jesus (in heaven) and the "Spirit of Jesus", the Father and the "Spirit of the Father" ("Spirit of your Father", helping the apostles when speaking), God and the Spirit of God (aka Holy Spirit). The Spirit of God is thus simply the SAME GOD (almighty) who is a spirit, NOT A THIRD PERSON. EVERYTHING is carried out by that Spirit here on earth, NOT PERSONALLY by God (see the gospels): "God is a spirit" Jn. 4:24. Thus, the Spirit of God is actually originated by God who is away "No man has seen God at any time.". The Spirit of God dealt with Mary's pregnancy, spoke when Jesus was baptized, led Jesus into the desert, later helped Him in speaking too. He also helped the apostles.

    LESSON 13
    Revelation: God’s Last-Day Mission
    SUNDAY 24TH DECEMBER
"The Father is the eternal one who was and is and is to come. The Holy Spirit"
After revealing in the first verses that Jesus is the source and focus of Revelation, Revelation 1:4-5Open in Logos Bible Software (if available) alludes to all Three Members of the Godhead, who are working unitedly to save human beings. The Father is the eternal one who was and is and is to come. The Holy Spirit, who is working powerfully among the first-century churches, is named. Then John recalls the status of Jesus Christ-the “faithful witness,” “the firstborn of the dead” (Revelation 1:5Open in Logos Bible Software (if available), NRSV), who possesses legal ownership of this planet. Satan’s attempt to use this earth to establish his kingdom is ruined. In addition to God’s victory over Satan, our Creator’s shed blood washes away our guilt and shame.

That Holy Spirit is from God descended from heaven to him (Jesus) while praying in the Jordan River.
At the baptism of Jesus all three persons of the Godhead, or Trinity, were present. The Father spoke, saying,
“This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased” (Matthew 3:17); the Son was praying on the bank of the Jordan
(The Desire of Ages., 111:3); and the Spirit descended upon Him in the form of a dove (Matthew 3:16).

    • @Seventh-dayChurchofRevelation
      @Seventh-dayChurchofRevelation  Рік тому +2

What was the dove? What was the sprit? This quote helps us see this more clearly.
Never before had angels listened to such a prayer as Christ offered at his baptism, and they were solicitous to be the bearers of the message from the Father to his Son. But, no! direct from the Father issues the light of his glory. The heavens were opened, and beams of glory rested upon the Son of God and assumed the form of a dove, in appearance like burnished gold. The dove-like form was emblematical of the meekness and gentleness of Christ. While the people stood spell-bound with amazement, their eyes fastened upon Christ, from the opening heavens came these words: “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” The words of confirmation that Christ is the Son of God were given to inspire faith in those who witnessed the scene, and to sustain the Son of God in his arduous work. Notwithstanding the Son of God was clothed with humanity, yet Jehovah, with his own voice, assures him of his sonship with the Eternal. In this manifestation to his Son, God accepts humanity as exalted through the excellence of his beloved Son. RH January 21, 1873, par. 5

    HOLY SPIRIT:
    Acts of the Apostles 51.3
It is not essential for us to be able to define just what the Holy Spirit is. Christ tells us that the Spirit is the Comforter, "the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father." It is plainly declared regarding the Holy Spirit that, in His work of guiding men into all truth, "He shall not speak of Himself." John 15:26; 16:13.
    AA 52.1
The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them. Men having fanciful views may bring together passages of Scripture and put a human construction on them, but the acceptance of these views will not strengthen the church. Regarding such mysteries, which are too deep for human understanding, silence is golden.

      @ngdavid3925 Рік тому

The LORD has explained to us by HIS own words, what the Holy Spirit represent. Jn.1:51
HE explained the Holy Spirit upon the Son of Man as the angels descending and ascending upon the Son of Man. The angels ministered to CHRIST and to all the Heirs of Salvation. Heb.1:14
ELOHIM is Family and is made up of 3 Entities, GOD the Father, Mankind (represented by JESUS CHRIST), and Angels (Holy Spirit). Eph.3:14-15. The Godhead is the Father only, and not made up of 3 Persons. 1Cor.8:6 ; Eph.4:6
When we say that GOD is a Trinity, it means '3 Entities', and not '3 Persons in the Godhead'.
Mankind is called ELOHIM as affirmed by the LORD. Jn.10:33-36
Man was made in the Image of GOD and in the Likeness of GOD. Gen.1:26 ; Lk.3:38
Son of GOD has the Image of GOD and Likeness of GOD. Col.1:15
Angels are called Sons of GOD too. Job.1:6, 2:1

"But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men"(Matthew 15:9) The pioneers were instrumental to leading people in this amazing movement to bringing people into the truth, but... they are not inspired, nor were they perfect. EGW on the other hand was inspired, & she was crystal clear when it comes to the Godhead. Anyone not grounded in scripture will get caught in this trap. Why is there not one bible verse used in his presentation .... :/
Then the validity or the accuracy of the bible is what they argue with when this is brought into light, I'm sorry, but it's the same old argument. it's just a matter of not having the faith of Jesus. I believe God is all knowing & all powerful, so I have faith that He is able to preserve His word, plain & simple.
Catholicism puts tradition on the same level as Doctrine, SDA does not, do a presentation using the bible & the bible alone and then we'll see the clear error in this teaching

  • @franknilson180
    @franknilson180 Рік тому +1

The trinity teaching has been a problem in my life for many years until I made a study of Jesus Christ. I have discovered the following just from the bible. God has been there from eternity. He is a Holy Spiritual being, He is invisible and nobody has seen Him. He has created Jesus Christ in His image and they were both Gods, also two Holy Spirits. God addressed Jesus as God and Lord. Jesus called God His Father and God, and God confirmed from heaven that Jesus was His beloved Son. If Jesus was the Son, then He had to have a Father and therefor my comment that Jesus was created by God. God did not need a woman to create a child as God created matter from nothing and so did Jesus take this matter and created everything. Jesus was the creator of all things, and not God the Father. The Hebrew word Elohim confirms the plurality of the Godhead. John 1 confirms the plurality of the Godhead and two Gods were identified.
Jesus Christ, the Word, gave up His deity and became man on this earth. Jesus came in the flesh to this world and not as God and man at the same time. He was in all aspects man. Jesus only received Godly powers when He was baptized by God, the Holy Spirit, with the Holy Spirit, God’s powers and direct connection with God. From Jesus’ time on this earth, the New Testament, only one God existed and the Greek word Theos confirms the singular God, which is correct as Jesus gave up all His deity. Jesus was prepared to die for mankind out of love to God and man and to take all sin of man on His shoulders and be crucified for man so that man could be saved and have everlasting life.
Only after Jesus was crucified and resurrected, did the Holy Spirit exist in this world. Jesus received back all His Godly powers, which included omnipresence, when He took His seat at the right hand of God, but He was still MAN, the Mediator, and not a God. Jesus said that where two or more are gathered in His Name, there He will be, thus, He is on this earth everywhere where two or more are gathered in His Name. He also has other duties to perform in this world such as controlling the powers and angels. Paul also confirms that Jesus will be in this world until the end of the world. Jesus is here in spirit form.
Although Jesus performed all the miracles on earth, He confirmed that it was not His powers but God’s. All the powers and Spirit of God is connected to Jesus and so is Jesus’ Spirit connected to God, therefor the Oneness. Man, who accepts Jesus as the Son of God and his Saviour and repent his sins, will receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit which means, he will receive some Godly powers, i.e. talents, via Jesus which originates from God. Man’s spirit will also connect to Jesus which will also connect to God, therefor also the Oneness with God, and be called the sons of God. That is why Jesus said, He is the only way to God. We can thus accept that Jesus is the Holy Spirit in this world today. There is no other Holy Spirit as per the trinity teaching. This is also confirmed with only two thrones in the New Jerusalem and Earth.

Can you point me to the vers where it is stated that he was Created ? I unterstod Him to be Begotten of the Father wich is diferent to creation.
      Colossians 1:15Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
Here we can Clearly see that Jesus was BEFORE ALL CREATION ,( for by Him All Things Were CREATED) so he canot be created as ALL things were created by Him, and he had that Power because his Father who is GOD, gave him, or beter said he Inherited that from His Father , ALL FULNESS OF DIVINITY (GODHEAD). sorry for my bad English.

@@juragabriel4930 You have correctly quoted the text Col 1:15. "Jesus was the firstborn of every creature." This says it all. Jesus was BORN which means that He was not there from eternity, like God the Father. God created Him in His Image, which means that He had all the attributes of God the Father, i.e. a spiritual being who was invisible, with Godly powers. He was also the only Begotten Son of the Father. Joh 1:14, Joh 1:18, Joh 3;16, Joh 3:18 which confirms to us that Jesus was the only Son that God had and that He came from the Father. God gave Him life, God thus created Him. God did not need a woman to create, like man do.
He, Jesus, was also not the firstborn on earth as Adam and Eve were the first created human beings on earth and thereafter their children were the firstborn on this earth. Jesus was however the first one to be resurrected from the dead to take His place in heaven next to God on a permanent basis. At the end of the day, Jesus is the first one to see the light like a new born child and the first one to be resurrected who received a new heavenly body to sit at the right hand side of God.

@@franknilson180 Dear brother, you are right in many of the things said, but please direct my eyes to a text in which it is written that Jesus was created and that Adam and Eve were the first born, as you claim, (I am not interested in personal opinions or conclusions , but I want Bible verses) I presented you a verse in which it is written that through him, and by him ALL were created, which means that he does not fit as a creation, he is Begotten by the Father, you will not find it anywhere the statement of Jesus being Created . You said that Jesus was born and that he was not always with the Father, here you are right, but Born does not mean Created, they are 2 different things. A human being gives birth to another human being, and does not create him that power is Godly Power , Jesus was Begotten by the father in the days of eternity, how this happened is not revealed to us. We accept it as a fact by faith because the Scriptures tell us so. I think the only thing in wich we disagre is that for me Begotten dose not mean Created , and for you it dose. God's Blessings be upon you my Brother.

@@juragabriel4930 You are right that there is no specific text that quotes that Jesus has been "created" by God. You are the "creation" of your parents actions, nobody else. It is God's power that let the seed in your mother grew up to the point where you were born. The fact is that Jesus is the firstborn of all creation. The fact that God confirms from heaven that Jesus is His beloved Son and Jesus confirms that He is the Son of God, obviously confirms that He has been created by God the Father. You must look at the whole picture, taking all the scripture in the bible and connect all the dots and then you will find the truth. You cannot just say that because the word "Create" was not used that Jesus was not created by God. When you are asked who your father is, you will say who he is and not say, oh he created me, but you are the creation of your mother and father's actions, and not something else. Hope that makes sense to you.

Matthew 16:16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
The living God, the God of the Bible, is His Father. The consequences of Christ being the Son of God is that He is equal with God (John 5:18) yet Jesus said that His Father was greater (John 14:28). This apparent contradiction, in my opinion, was resolved by James White when he said that the Father was greater than the Son in that He was first. Son was equal with the Father in that he had received ALL things from the Father. Divinity, the Father’s nature, is what Christ received. His sonship predates Bethlehem. I John 4:9 …God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. You can’t send what you don’t have.

What is the Trinity? The Trinity is this: The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God, and yet not three Gods (Elohim), One God (EL or Eloah). The use of the Hebrew word “Elohim” (a plural) was translated as God (singular) first in the Septuagint and later in the versions of the Bible specifically as found in Genesis 1:1. Elohim, God in other languages, was never meant to demonstrate the Trinity, and it would be out of context to do so. Does a Christian need to believe in the Trinity to be a Christian? Must one believe in the Trinity in order to be saved? And if so, why did our Savior and His disciples never teach the doctrine of the Trinity? Why would Christians three centuries later give credence to the councils of men seeking to define the deity of Christ in conjunction with the Father without revelation from God? In the history of Christianity, the first four ecumenical councils: the First Council of Nicaea in 325, the First Council of Constantinople in 381, the Council of Ephesus in 431, the Council of Chalcedon in 451 were designed to argue over who God is without one thus says the LORD! If the doctrine of the Trinity is correct, then why did it take all these councils to finally decide and design the deity of Christ? From the beginning in the year 325 CE to the year 380 CE when it supposedly ended. Can mankind define who God is? No. Only God can reveal Himself to mankind. Accordingly, scholars agree that “Although early Christian theologians speculated in many ways on the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit relationship, no one clearly and fully asserted the doctrine of the Trinity as explained...until around the end of the so-called Arian Controversy. Nonetheless, proponents of such theories always claim them to be in some sense founded on, or at least illustrated by, biblical texts” (Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Dale Tuggy, 2020). In fact, the Trinitarians have claimed to base their definition of God by implication, as there is absolutely no explicit doctrine of the Trinity in the Bible. There are two seemingly explicit pillars for the Trinity in the New Testament, namely, Matthew 28:19 and 1 John 5:7-8. First, 1 John 5:7-8, known as The Johannine Comma, is an interpolation (words added), as acknowledged by Christian scholars, to the Bible by over-zealous Trinitarians, who wanted some testimony to the Trinity, due to the fact that in the Bible there is no such doctrine of the Trinity. Second, Matthew 28:19 has come under suspicion by Christian scholars, a commandment allegedly given by Christ to the disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, however, the disciples only baptized in the Savior’s name {YAHSHUA} as demonstrated in the Book of Acts. The early church historian Eusebius, wrote (as published circa 316 CE) in his book on early church history the verse of Matthew 28:19, that Christ actually said, "Go and make disciples of all the nations in my name" (Eusebius, The History of the Church, p. 68, PENGU1N CLASSICS, 1965). The Trinity, evolving, has only really existed since the 4th century. Historian H.G. Wells factually stated, "There is no evidence that the apostles of Jesus ever heard of the Trinity-at any rate from Him" (The Outline of History, Vol. 2, p. 499). Martin Luther is quoted in a sermon saying, "It is indeed true that the name 'Trinity' is nowhere to be found in the Holy Scriptures, but has been conceived and invented by man" (The Sermons of Martin Luther, Vol. 3, p. 406, 1988). It is time that the false Trinity Doctrine cease to exist in Christianity! Unfortunately, Catholics agree that “Whoever will be saved: before all things, it is necessary to keep the Catholic faith… unless he keeps this faith whole, he will perish everlastingly...And the Catholic faith is this: we worship one God in Trinity” (Catholicism, p. 69, 1961). Protestant professor of Theology James White, states, “We hang a person’s very salvation upon the acceptance of the doctrine… We must know, understand, and love the Trinity to be fully and completely Christian.” And paradoxically, professor White further states: “The Trinity doctrine is misunderstood as well as ignored. It is so misunderstood that a majority of Christians when asked, give incorrect and at times downright heretical definitions of the Trinity” (James White, The Forgotten Trinity, p. 16). According to James White, around 75% of Christians, who think themselves to be Trinitarians, are actually Modalists. Modalism: One God who at different times represents Himself in three different modes of being: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. If belief in the Trinity doctrine is so critical to our salvation, the question goes begging, why did Christ and the disciples not preach the Trinity? It is even more confounding when historically the Trinity developed over 300 years after Christ? To say that one must believe in the Trinity in order to be saved, when Christ never stipulated the doctrine as a prerequisite for salvation is the grossest form of legalism! The man-made Trinity Doctrine is so ingrained into the imagination of Christians as a prerequisite for salvation, that despite the fact that Christ and the apostles never ever taught it, it becomes unthinkable to cast aside this doctrine even when proven to be solely based upon the traditions of men. Consequently, many could actually stand condemned for believing in the Trinity! For the very reason of teaching it according to the Tradition of men, and not of God. Christ warned us about teaching doctrines without one thus says the LORD! And He...said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men…” He told them, “All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition” (Mark 7:6-9). According to the Gospel, Christians are not stipulated to believe in the Trinity in order to receive salvation and eternal life to enter into the Kingdom of God! If Christians needed to believe in the Trinity in order to be saved, then it would have been taught in the New Testament by our Lord and Savior. Biblically and historically the Trinity was never taught as also evidenced in the New Testament. The Trinity is a useless and confusing Doctrine based solely on the misunderstanding and confusion of men. It is time for Christians to free themselves from the doctrines of men. Our God is the Son of God, the only Lord YAH, to the glory of His God and Father, and YAH means I AM.

May the LORD and our Father do help us all. We should exalt love and unit: that's what we need most. We ought not to reduce God into a doctrine, our Pioneers did call them Fundamental Principles. We should keep the Love: Trinitarians and Anti-trinitarians should love each. The Bible is clear that God the Father is the only One true God, and He has a Son who is fully God who proceeded from Him:
    KJV Hebrews 1:8-9
8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
    KJV John 20:17
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
While Jesus is fully God and worthy of all worship, this wasn't inherent in Him but had it from His Father and His God🙏
The Elohim (Yeshua) has His Elohim (The Father)
He speaks clearly that the Father is greater than Him and He received even the life which He will give the saints on their resurrection:
    KJV John 14:28
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
    KJV John 5:26-29
    26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
Let's leave the matter where the Bible left it instead of being confused either by St Athanasius or St Ariana on their views about God🙏

If Christ had no beginning then the words Son of God means nothing. Words have meaning. Either they do or they don't. What the Trinity does is it takes away from Love of God. God can do what he wants and he decided to have Son at sometime in the far distant past. Probably due to loneliness as since we get lonely and are in the image of God then he decided he wanted someone to share his power and love with. So if God is all powerful as the Trinitarians believe, which is the truth, then he is powerful enough to have a Son. So we have to either believe the Bible tells the truth in simple words or it is an outright lie. The words Son of God and Spirit of God are in the Bible but the word Trinity or any derivative are not. Not even in the Latin Vulgate (at least as far as I know).

However, Christ is the Son of the One True God, receiving ALL the attributes of His Father thus qualifying Him as the ONLY other Being in all of the universe worthy of worship. As for E G White’s three highest ‘powers’ statement, she also has written (GC, DA, PP)that within the heavenly BEINGS that next to Christ, Lucifer, then Gabriel, were the most honored and revered BEINGS in all of Heaven. Gift: A thing given willingly to someone without payment; a present.
1 Corinthians 12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
      Jesus is Differences of Administrations
      Different: distinct; separate.
Administrations: performance of supervising duties; the process or activity of heading an organization; the management of public affairs; government
1 Corinthians 12:5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
God is Diversities of Operations & Works All in All
Diversity: the condition of having or being composed of differing elements : variety
Operations: performance of a practical work or of something involving the practical application of principles or processes; an active process; a discharge of a function.
1 Corinthians 12:6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
      1 Corinthians 12:3-7
Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed:
and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

Once this idea has grasped the mind, it is nearly impossible for them turn it around. They deify what they think the pioneers believed, they make of none effect the plain testimony of Scripture that the Holy Spirit is the Comforter, they deny the writings of Ellen White who plainly teaches that the Holy Spirit is a divine Person. These are the one idea men that Ellen White warned us against. It is sad, yet they will not be moved from their stubborn ways.

The scriptures are also plain about the difference between a biblical prophet assigned by God to give account of God's word verses a person WITH THE GIFT. She was the furthest thing from humble and wasn't supposed to author 100's of books or profit from it either.

Rom 1: 20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Col 2: 8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

EGW said read the Bible yourself not her take on it.. furthermore why do humans think they can define God or Jesus or Holy Ghost. Its a beautiful mystery.. the Bible explains very little really .but all you need to know is God is love.Jesus our Savior and if you decrease the spirit will increase.the bible is not a manual on all that is or even why God.just take it like a child and read the Bible yourself.and like Paul said .work out your ( own) salvation with fear and trembling.....how silly for a clump of clay to say it understands the potter.

The speaker made the presentation about the Godhead from a historical point of view. That is okay to refer to the pionniers and Ellen White. Whether you acknowledge or not, we as a people have a history. We cannot denied our past. The bible better than Ellen White teaches that God the Father has a Litteral Son and that The HOLY SPIRIT is their representatives.

Agreed. It is a pity that the church has use the 28 fundamental beliefs as a mandate for entrance into the church. They have over-defined God and what they believe divinity consists of, going beyond the bounds of inspired revelation. If this were not the case then hundreds, if not, thousands would not be forced out of labor and membership in the church today.

Those arguing God, get their knowledge of deity from the same place they get understanding of reason.
Rather than a beacon of inspirational light, they are avoided like the old woman with too many cats. It was secular law & order ending the inquisitions & witch killing. Nothing fails like prayer in a children's hospital & even Jesus Christ proclaims faith is worthless if you can't get magic mountains to move when you practice verbal-command landscaping. No wonder Freud wrote the antidote to Christianity is literacy. These are the wolves in sheep's clothing, you know them by their works: Who has honor while suggesting a reality-God? As if we did not have the saying: God helps those helping themselves, because the fiction is known for a perfect record of nothing-doing. Moreover, it cannot be moral or ethical to suggest there is a god. Thank you for your post. The reason that many suggest that a belief in the true Sonship of Christ threatens His divinity is because of how we choose to define divinity. We believe in the FULL divinity of Jesus Christ throughout His existence including the incarnation. He is divine because His Father is divine. We are human, just as human as our parents. We also teach that Jesus fully died on the cross, not just a portion of His being. Often theologians try to make a Jesus with a split personhood when in fact His divinity and humanity were forever blended in the incarnation, never to separate. A human death alone would leave mankind without a divine sacrifice.

Hi Eric. The quote in Isaiah was prophetic, He SHALL BE CALLED - EVERLASTING (not eternal) FATHER. The incarnate Son of God is called the second Adam (I Corinthians 15) and He was God’s Son in eternity past.
I John 4:9 …God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
You can’t send what you don’t have. He already had a Son to send. He was called the Word and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
Matt 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Jesus is the Son of the living God. Who’s the living God? Who’s the God of the Bible, the God of creation, the sovereign of the universe? He is the Father of Christ. Therefore, Christ inherited the same nature as His Father- He’s divine by being brought forth from the substance of His Father.
I’d love to personally study this out with you if you’d like.
