Fantastic comment! :D Though, to be fair, a lot of Pop pseudo-artists and one-hit wonders have proven that wrong already (Justin Bieber was a YT sensation for some time before releasing an album. I don't know if Soulja Boy ever released an actual album; just singles ). That said, The Hu are the first non-Pop and pre-album group I've personally heard of that have been as popular as they are. Proud, one might think! They started with traditional Mongolian instruments and folkmusic, infused Metal and made the results their own. No other metal band out there like them. Unique, in all the world, one might say they've earned respect abroad and have reminded us the World Music scene can be a little Metal, now and again.
