Installing termite bait stations on a new home for prevention

In this episode we install annual bait stations for termites on a newer home in the Midwest. After a complete termite inspection we found no evidence of termite activity, and the homeowner decided to have a prevention treatment done on their home. If the inspection indicates termite activity we recommend a full liquid barrier treatment.
