I was really fun to meet you on the airplane and talk to you in the airport. SAS also lost our luggage and I agree it was really below the normal SAS standard that they had no personnel in Copenhagen!

when i was living in greece i washed my hair 2x per week. i have similar type of hair as you do. I got a natural ombre hair style after few months :) now i'm back home and wash my hair every second day or sometimes every day :( so annoying.
Isn't it the airports fault that the baggage gets lost even though SAS is legally responsible? The ground personell are employed by the airport at least not SAS :) And which airport to be mad at depends on when it got lost, at departing or arriving
