- Love the look of the new front bumper! It's super aggressive, I think we need some new wheels and tires to match!

best overall explanation on the removal of a 2nd gen tundra bumper.. Thanks!!
Glad I could be of help!
Thanks for this. Ran over some road debris. Have this bumper coming in today.
Sweet! It’s gonna look sick!
That’s sick 🎉
Thank you!
Good stuff. How are the fog lights mounted? Also, how sturdy is it? Good enough for some light off roading?
Very sturdy! The fog lights are bolted in through the rear. Easily accessible with the fender liner removed.
did you have to cut anything? does fender liner line up with the bumper? looks great!
No cutting required, the fender liner you remove the bottom section and throw the two clips back in on the top section and you’re good to go!
I got a huge dent in my bumper that just happened so I’m gonna have to replace it. I think I might go this route.
You should, they’re dope!
You didn't install the led bar in the center ? I'm planning on getting this for the front n rear 2015 toyota tundra trd pro crewmax
No I didn’t, I’m still deciding if I want to or not :/
@@lukeshaia it looks greats bith ways with or without still beautiful 🤞❤️❤️🥴🥴🥴
Did you replace the grill on this Tundra but keep the surrounding trim?
Looks nice!
Thank you! I actually replaced both. Mine is an 07, which came with the bulkier surround. 2010-2013 has the slimmer look, so I swapped to a 2010-2013 surround and the TRD insert.
Did you have fitment issues on your grill? Mine is not sitting flush against the vertical mounting suppports...
@@jeffsweet3048do you have a 2007-2009 or a 2010-2013? The 2007-2009 you either have to remove them, or order the 2010-2013 ones. I don’t have them on my grille, since mines an 07.
@@lukeshaiamy truck is a 2012
@@jeffsweet3048Interesting, it should be an easy swap then. Not sure why it wouldn’t fit.
Hey Luke question bro, isn’t the crash bar there for a reason? Feels weird removing sum that would help in case of an accident ? Just wondering brotha
It replaces the crash bar, because it will do the same thing a crash bar does. A typical front bumper is designed to squish, the crash bar takes the hit. In this application, the bumper is now designed to take the hit.
@@lukeshaia thanks bro, I feel more comfortable getting it for my 13 tundra now…u ever planning on getting a light bar for the roof or it’s not worth it ?
@@ahmedabdullahi4305not for this truck. I did on my last and had to put holes on the body of the truck. Wasn’t a huge fan of it.
What do you use to connect the black and red wires coming off the fog lights to the truck wiring?
I bought a male & female connector package for my fog light bulbs, and wired the male connector to the fog lights so that it would plug into the existing female connector on the chassis’ wire harness.
Here’s what I bought:

Do you have a instagram ? I’d like to see more on the bumper and ask a few questions before I buy
Yes I do, it’s Luke_Shaia
Should powder coat color match them to that white and that would look 🔥🔥
That would look pretty sick!
Add Hooke Road Bumper to your tittle. I found your video by accident. You'll probably get more traffic if you add that name to the title.
Appreciate it!
YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL THAT CRASH BAR IN THE MIDDLE HE FORGOT TO SAY THAT 🗣️🗣️
I thought I mentioned it?
@@lukeshaia he mentioned it
