@@yasarmo Exactly, It's too big... I think Tudor missed a good opportunity to produce an almost perfect watch.
@@heric_ Everyone complained that the Daytona was too small so now they'll complain that this watch is too big (at one millimeter larger than the Daytona).
@@locutusdborg126 I always thought 40 mm of Daytona but also of Sub and GMT is the perfect size. It depends a lot on wrist size and personal taste.

Agreed. Was very disappointed with the explorer2 especially.
Neither for me, wanted something in 38-39 like a shrunk ranger or a smooth bezel royal. Oh well

@@jgity I also have these 2 and the chrono looks good But given the thickness is similar to the GMT it maybe too bulky. If similar to Bb58 would make it very tempting
@@et5ngx166 I’m a big guy so the thickness of the bb gmt doesn’t bother me. Sometimes I feel the bb 58 is a lil to small but after a could hours on the wrist that feeling goes away. Lol. I just purchased my first grand seiko last week sbgm221 wow what a nice watch.

Nice looking watches, I usually find tudors to be a bit dull but these do it for me. Screw out pushers are totally unnecessary but personally I love stuff that makes me interact with a watch more, I love manual winders. I reckon these are going to be very popular.
It’s a beautiful Chronograph. I do agree with you as per the snowflake hour hand , I too wish they dropped it , however I’m in love with the black dial spec out of the two and I will be making the purchase.

Quick call to my AD and I was able to pick up the first one to be delivered to the store. I got the panda and it’s a stunner on the wrist. I love my heritage chrono Monte Carlo but this may be my new favorite. The finishing is amazing.
Great review! Torn on which one to go with (sorta), but I will be grabbing one when the eventually roll into my AD. . . . . .
I love how you say that the pushers are fun to unscrew. And you're so right. You don't your pushers much when you wear it. But when I do use them, I would love to unscrew them. I usually time it when my client says call me in 2 hours.
I currently have a Tissot automatic Chronograph on a bund strap. I love it. It's one of my favorite pieces and it was $300 (I think retail says $800)

This really is a stunning watch, much more aesthetically pleasing to me than the Daytona. A ceramic bezel would be fantastic but that’s just nitpicking - I would very happily buy the white dialed version ❤️

I live in Kiel at the Baltic Sea: This watch is the perfect tool for sailboat racing. The Black Bay Chrono has the cool technical look of a nautic instrument, plain and readable. The chronograph and tachymeter functions are not just nice-to-have, they are of course required during training and preparation. Yes, in the heat of the race the small dials are barely readable, but you do not need them when racing. What you need is a well readable seconds hand, because in the last moments before crossing the starting line exact timing is crucial. On the captains briefing the race timekeeper will ask everyone to sync their watches and counts down the seconds to the next full minute. Usually your watch and the watch of the race manager will be a few seconds off. So you start the cronograph function right on the full minute and now you have a prominent seconds hand synced to race time. Don't forget to screw down the pusher before boarding since you want your watch to be perfectly water resistant in case of splashing water, capsizing or going overboard.

I am actually so about these!! 41 is probably about as BIIIIIIG as I could go! But a very strong chronograph offering! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the snowflake hand. Love it on the divers, but don't think I like on this one!

15mm heights....thats one thick watch. I cant go pass 13mm. Hopefully tudor makes an in-house chronograph movement in the future.
Its 14.3mm she got it wrong. Also it's not THAT big. I mean if you got normal sized wrists its fine

The new panda chrono is lovely, next purchase for sure, will look great next to my BB SnG... Can't wait to see it in person
I own the reverse panda on a bracelet for a year now and I love it. The dial is interesting but not too busy. The bracelet wears comfortable. The accuracy runs around +.5 sec a day. I would of preferred sword hands vs snowflake and ceramic bezel over aluminum but not deal breakers. Now I would like a 58! Great concise overview!

Does that make it "unusable"? Absolutely not.
It's a minor inconvenience at worst.

Really enjoyed this video. I am really thankful to see it on your wrist. I think our wrists are about the same size and we both own BB58s. I was considering one of these in the future as I don't have a regular wearing chrono, but the size is a concern for me! I think this will be too big for me too!

Usually I'm the Dark Blue/Black kinda guy, but I have to admit the white one in this case looks really nice, especially with the black fabric strap, which I love. A great watch, maybe a bit too thick, definitely worth the price though.

That’s a nice chronograph!! Looks like it has excellent quality and offers unbeatable value at that price point
While using chronograph function, when I reset it, sometimes the minute chrono hand stops at 1 min. mark instead of 0 mark. And sometimes while starting chrono, the min. chrono hand moves to 1 min. mark straightaway when chrono is started.
Is this a common issue? Any suggestions for this problem or it needs Service Centre attention?

My AD had this yesterday for me! On my 17cm wrist, it wears like a dream and it is surprisingly thin
lucky enough to get one from an AD in march 2021. Black dial preference. defiantly enjoying it.

So does the red tipped second hand only rotate when you are timing? Does it stay still at 12 o'clock otherwise? I don't know too much about chronos..
