I am working as a PA in cognizant and i have talk to HR 1 weak ago he said PA to A is 1 year for everyone bsc, bca, and btech and rating should be 3,4,5 I am still confused after watching your video so give the correct info if possible.

My case is different. I joined cognizant from October 2022 as PAT got in project get billable till July 2023.then release from that project. Since then I was non billable. Fortunately got one project from January 2024.got client laptop but as non billable. Manager said he will make me billable. I work on CR's development, User stories actively participated in project development activities. But now My manager said client facing budget issue they are not mapping me billable. Now he is saying to release me. So, what will happen with me. My YEA was 4 i had work on project and contributed but unfortunately as non billable 😢😢😢 will i am eligible for promotion/ or it's just ruined. After allocation in this project i also got 2nd offer but not go for that project as I already enrolled in this. 😢😢😢 Plzzzz commment

Hi, I completed my 2 years on May 31st. I was a billable resource till Feb 16, 2024. Then, moved to bench and got a project and become billable again from May3rd. I asked my project manager about my promotion she told that she has approved my promotion mail but till now i didnt received any promotion mail. I got 4 ratings each year. So i contacted HR about same she said that peole with 5 rated got promoted in Q2 so i asked what about 4 rated people she told that they will get promotion in next eligibility criteria means in Q3.

I joined on 22feb 2022 as pat. Got rating 3 in 23. In april month i didn't receive promotion. On 15 April i allocated to new project and new manager assigned on 20 May. I asked reg promotion mail to new manager but he said he didn't receive the any promotional mail to A. I checked with old manager he also did not receive mail but in his go perform only my name was showing for promotion. He said i have promoted you. Today i didn't get any promotion mail from CPO.
