Sir, to add on something.. (I am too in IES in Railways .) I would say that quality of services have dipped: slower promotions, tougher targets with shrinking deadlines, withdrawal of perks, more stagnation in salaries, increasing opaqueness in system are some other factors to be counted in too.More people are willing to switch jobs now..
sir should i go for ies preparation if i am working in an mnc (product based)....actually i want to do a govt job.......but very few people choose this option (like going from non core to core )? any suggestions

Aur coaching bhi bahot ache se nahi padha paaoge kyoki market me already ek se badhia ek teacher pade hain. Jyada ghamand mat karo apni IES ki job ka, sachchai jaano aur sweekaro.
Sir maine 10th cbse se kiya and 12th bihar board se but abhi main diploma Gujarat se kar raha hoon but Gujarat and Maharashtra mein father name student name ke sath likhte hain but Maine sirf apna name hi likhwaya hai diploma mein father name nahin likhwaya hoon because bihar mein aisa mana jata hai ki agar koi student Maharashtra or Gujarat se 10th or 12th or diploma kiya hai aur uske baad bihar jata hai next study ke liye tab waha par student name and father name alag karke nahin likha jata hai yani ki sath mein hi likh diya jata hai jaise ki Gujarat or Maharashtra ke marksheet mein tha , Sir humko kuchh samajh nahin aa raha hai ki kya karen .sir please reply me sir please. ........
Sir, What are the options they get after resigning the Job. ( Other than becoming faculties or IAS officer) , I asked this question for so many members but they didn't give the proper information .,Sir, I expect that you had the answer .., Sir,I'm requesting you to do a video on this topic in detail or by taking real life examples of persons who resigned their ies job...
No it's not like that...They don't reject you basis that. But Yes it creates more questions. They ask more questions from that period only to understand your thought process.
Don't fool people. UPSC ki padhaai kiya hua aadmi sivaay padhaane ke kuch nahi kar sakta. Where will your railways job take you? What special talent except solving papers and questions do you have? To really change line, except coaching students, you will have to go for higher studies. But if you are more than say 30, even higher education will not guarantee a better career than your existing one. Government jobs be it UPSC or PSU either gives you a chance to escape within 5 years of joining or 5 years before retirement. In between there is no option but teaching to a new generation of UPSC/PSU crazy students
Jab koi IES officer koi advice dete hai tab kuchh alag hi feel hota hai

Bahut IES waale usually UPSC CSE ki services ke liye chorte hain. Uske bina rarely hee koi chorta hai.

Government employees cannot do Business while working that's illegal, you can do by resigning
