You can do it in public or in private, or be in the presence of a gathering where Allah is mentioned (real or virtual), or intellectually challenge your false beliefs based on what Allah has told us to believe.
For example:
If you believe life is unjust, then ask yourself if Allah told you that. If not, why do you believe that? Isn't He the one who said that Allah does not burden a soul more than it can bear?, etc.

It takes away restlessness, anxiety, or unease and brings calmness, serenity, contentment, tranquility, peace, and assurance.

Ehhh, you should read the Quran about that. Not too far into it either, just a few to several verses into the 2nd Surah Al-Baqara.

@@gReencAt4754 you will not save everyone some are destined to HELL. They will only break you instead. Ibrahim’s father, Noah’s son, Lot’s wife-I’m forgetting many more examples of Messenger’s own kin that almost destroyed their missions. Allah WILL NOT guide everyone. Unequivocally oft-repeated. Are you secure that you yourself are guided?? Pray for guidance and hope it comes, one can never be secure lest you are sure you have a clear mandate. And what clear mandate can you call upon?
