I'm from Quebec City, Canada. The Quebec government closed all schools including universities until at least 30 March but my uni is switching all classes online. As I'm doing a Master's in political science, I'm mostly writing and reading which helps me improve to a higher level as most literature in my field is written in English.
My go-to music when I'm studying is opera, especially Maria Callas.
I love your channel because even though I consider my self fluent in English, your videos help me become more familiar with British English, especially pronunciation.
And your stories on Instagram when you walk around London make me miss this city so much. I visited for a week last May and I can't wait for the day I'm able to go back.

Hello Tom :) Thanks a lot for the tips ;) When it comes to me in Corona days, it is really boring for a travel and gym addict just like me. But, I am trying my best to use my time effectively. I am practising my foreign languages, doing intensive exercises as much as I can, reading on the subjects that I am interested in and watching Netflix. I hope this will end soon. I hope everything's ok in the UK. Because the news demonstrate that there is a huge crisis in providing food and cleaning materials especially in London.

In this time of isolation, could be helpful to have your guidelines on the complimentary words for closing a letter or email. I couldn't find any good tutorial at all. Best, warm, kind regards?? All of them seem so inappropriate, how can warm be formal? I'd love to stop using "thanks" all the time and have the ability to choose the right closing words according to my mood, to the context and to my recipient.
