I just saw Mary Poppins returns and it was a full delight from start to finish. I've seen some negative reviews on UA-cam and I even read the really stupid one from the LA Times, my local big newspaper. Every song was a great one, I found myself humming Underneath the London Sky and Nowhere to Go but Up! over and over again. There was one thing that Jane and Michael Banks didn't understand, even as the credits rolled. Mary Poppins really didn't leave, she just flew into the sky so that she would always remain their hearts...This is the importance of the song "Nothings Gone Forever."
I agree, is it the original...no but we also haven't been seeing it for 50 some odd years. I can't think of a single thing that needs improving (except maybe a slight deepening of the plot line) everything was as good as you could have hoped.
Why can all men be like Lin. Perfect and so well mannerisms
