Just thought I’d answer in case you ever go again - the Grand Master’s Palace/Old Town, Valley of the Butterflies, Lindos, Acropolis on Monte Smith, and the Efta Piges (7 wells) are all worth seeing. In terms of eating, in Rhodes town I’d recommend Meltemi (a small beach-front taverna that’s to die for) and on the south side of the island, Mea Terra (fancier and new with gourmet food!) Rhodes is a truly gifted island, and I hope you get a chance to visit again soon!

Been to Rhodes 3 times love it , Mykonos twice, Santorini, Zakynthos, Corfu, Crete, Athens and Katakolon loved them all .
Nice! traveling there in July by 1.5 hour ferry from Fethiye Turkey. My 3rd visit to Greece, but first time to Rhodes. Love, love love Santorini & Crete!

I do love Rhodes 😍 I’ve been there so so many times... and soon I’ll be going there again😊 I have also visited many other beautiful islands and interesting places in Greece, but nothing seems to beat Rhodes🥰

I live on Rhodes and you have made me wanna travel there hahaha I guess most locals don't really experience the island as much as they should.
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!

Mitchell Travels, may I ask what equipment you used to film during this video? The video seems to have a lot of jello in it. In the first cat scene (on the wall) I thought the building in the back was experiencing an earthquake while the cat just lays there. 😂
Don't get me wrong, I loved the video (as I have loved of the other videos I have seen so far). I enjoy your narration, the commercial break type transitions twice or three times throughout the video. You do a great job at storytelling. It's obvious you do your research so you can provide your viewers with facts. Very nice indeed. Someday I hope to be able to imitate your style of storytelling, both orally and visually.

Lovely video, but lets not forger to mention all the other amazing places our island has to admire like Kalithea, Anthony Quinn Bay, 7 Springs, Valley of the butterflies, Prasonisi and so on! If you didnt get to see more come back haha you wont regret it! Also, we do have an airport for those wondering in the comments haha with planes from all around the world ;)

There is an airport and they do mostly have charter fares - last year I traveled from my hometown from Romania. It's a lovely destination, but avoid tourist traps and try to book your own tours. Also do visit Butterfly Valley :)

Lovely shot, lovely place, but I wonder why didn't you talk more about the wines, cuisine and Butterfly Valley. Also Zephyros Beach in Rhodes town is really quaint and has a lot more sand than the Mediterranean side.

Mitchell, Question that no one ever seems to answer for me on any vlog I watch. If traveling alone, bachelor style, how do you go swimming or do anything that requires you to leave behind a wallet or passport? What do you do with that stuff if you go to a lagoon and say, man I'm hot Ima jump in?
Well, Jim, I’ll help. You shouldn’t really be taking your passport to the beach or out of your hotel at all. When it comes to wallet, it depends on the situation: if I’m alone, I find a corner that’s always in plain sight and routinely look over to see if anyone is approaching.
I think if you’re mindful of where you are, what country/city it is and who’s around you as opposed to forgetting about your stuff, you’ll lower your chances of theft
Take cash with you on a beach, not a lot, 10- 15 euros are more than enough, your towel, your bottle of water and a book. The point is to relax not stress over your things ;)
You can buy waterproof wallets if you really don't want to leave stuff on the beach :)

Cos Scarvelli agree, Rhodes has the best beaches. Even Greeks from other parts of the country come to Rhodes for the beaches. Nice overall video though, 👍
