I have 2 complete sets of Greenfield. One is coarse and one is fine thread. I love the old stuff. Got to love the old iron. One of the sets had the date marked in black marker inside the wooden case. The original owner bought it in 1942. If i could post pictures on here of them I would. If I never use them they are still precious to me.
I'm with you Terry- I love these old tap and die sets, and I use them regularly. I'll pick up every set I see because to me they are works of art. And who doesn't love a wood case? Beats the heck out of blow molded plastic!
Thanks Cory! That buffer is just an old universal grinder I adapted to my dewalt radial arm saw. Dewalt did offer a similar setup as an accessory, so I based mine off of pictures I saw on some old sales literature.
@@corydriver7634 After some searching I couldn't find any pictures of the attachment offered by Dewalt, maybe I imagined it. Anyway I did post a video showing my setup.

It's like watching an archaeologist unearth a priceless artifact when you use that brush on the box. I love your videos Man. Keep it up please.
David Hansen Thanks David!
