I bought another Honda 300 Fourtrax 4x4.... Again!

Ok guys, finally picked up another Honda 300 Fourtrax 4x4 again to make a project out of! Been trying to find one for a while and just so happened to find a really good one on Craigslist.. and this is the build series for it. Stay tuned!

if you put lemon juice in the gas tank and let it sit for like a week and a half it will weaken all the rust then spray it with water hose and a air compressor i did it and it took all of the rust out

Damn I sold my 98 300 an I couldn’t get but 1500 an I bought it from the man that bought it new in 98 an it had been garage kept since he bought it. Everything on the bike was mint hell the factory brakes still worked bout like new. An it took me while to find someone to pay $1500 an there’s ones in worst shape than the one in this video that go for 1800-2000. Hell there was a lady that sold a 300 that was like new for $3200 it’s insane what some people get for these old bikes now a days

Where did you get the bushings and straps for the back rack? I am about to buy a 98 in good condition. Some TLC I think it will be a good one.

I just got a 01 rancher 350 foot shift it’s been sitting for about 4 yrs the brakes are frozen and it was put up due to it started smoking I ordered a top end kit but in e mean time I put a battery on it but when I turn the key I get nothing where should I start looking I replaced all the blown fuses already and I’m getting fire to the starter silonoid

Up here in Ontario, Canada 300’s that need work or have decent tires go for $2000-2600 and 400’s/450’s are upwards of $3000-$4500 it’s getting ridiculous and anything else from another brand that half decent is $3500+

Haha Ive owned 2 of them and the King Quad is actually what made Solitude, Solitude. I had the first and only 10" Lifted King Quad with Arched A-Arms back in the day. Then I had another Rhino Lined one with the same 10" Lift. It was a great great machine and still one of my favorites.

@Dra O my grandpa has 2 quad runners his original one is a 1994 and he made that thing into a beast but it had wirimg problems and catches on fire so we bought a piece of shit one that was 300 and were gonna part it out to make his oringinal good. i peraonally bought a 2020 kingqaud 750axi powersteering and bumperpackage, and that mf had never been stuck yet and ive been to a few atv parks so i guess shes a beast

Is having a hole in your exhaust can it cause problems cause I have holes and mine and it back fires all the time

yes you should weld that up mine did the same thing and also make sure your boot on the carb is good and not cracked/completely on

mainly because of how people talk soo good about them they run good but have disadvantages like the axels always strip out and the rear ends were built poorly and the rust in the gas tanks
