I already found 3 9 lynx on my map within a week and I haven't shot none except for 2 first made diamond 2nd was gurranteed but I got frustrated chasing it and made a bad shot but didn't care I don't like them 3rd was a troll

I am really looking forward to your upcoming tips on waterfowl blind set-ups and such.
As timing is everything, I have three upcoming side missions in Parque Fernando that are all involving the harvesting for waterfowl.

Awesome work! And teal are insanely fast irl. When they come into the decoys they usually circle a couple times making low, insanely fast passes
For the truncated ammo, does it maybe travel faster? They may have added it to help with sniping the ducks since they're much faster.
That would be a awesome trophy mount for the trophy lodge I’m from Wisconsin and I know a lot of people that have black bears mounted like that

I got aax score lynx a couple weeks back. Hopefully I can find a nice rare female on this map for the multi mount
idk if anyone mentioned it but red brown fur type for brown bear was a thing before...there were 10 variants melanistic,albino,gold, blonde, cinnamon,red brown,light brown,dark brown,grey,spirit

A bit confused about the capercaillie, diamond was supposed to be 4.64 no? And the one you harvested was 4.60? Yet it was still diamond? I think the scores/weight are supposed to correlate based on this logic but the harvest screen is incorrectly indicating otherwise.

I was just about to comment on that. My guess is the harvest screen broke and showed a 0 instead of a 6.
It shows the second decimal for the medal requirement but for the actual score it hides the second decimal with a 0.
So the game still shows 0's for the hundredth of the score but it is isn't actually a 0. Just look at it in the trophy manager and that will show the hundredth, at least thats what I think based on what it has been for a while.

A skeet shorting range whith controlled speed would have been great practice for ducks

To day I found out about an air rifle called Dragons claw. The guy killed a Cape buffalo with it I would like to see that gun in the game also a nice looking gun.

I want reconciliation coast but idk how good I am at bird hunting in this game
I once was messing whith a plains bison that went aggressive and I was gust shooting it whith the 22 pistol and on a weird courting away angl I hit a lung the new ammo might be fun to try to kill a bison whith one shot of 22

The harvest screen doesn’t change from map to map.

I recently have gotten a Dilute mule deer, is that either rare or uncommon?
I've been hunting quail on Mississippi to practice aim for Revontuli. Also could I hunt small birds like quail and ducks with a .22h rifle?
Nothing stopping you, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

so my friend got me to play fishing planet which was ok and I've been playing hunter before that well after a long break and being excited they are coming out with a fishing game I hopped back into Layton and got my self a diamond black bear he made me work for it though😅

It seems to be a definite step up from Mississippi and Arroyo. Those two never gelled with me.
Mississippi is too "same-y" in colour scheme and Arroyo is just... wrong. Way too many small species in a landscape that has way too much clutter.
... and revontuli has ~15 small species. tbh I don't see a difference
@@annestephens8675 It doesn't have the same huge swathes of chest-high plant life.
There's a reason why most people don't hunt in the western parts of Arroyo. It's a pain. Both metaphorically and literally (those damn cacti).
Fax. Mississippi is alright but imo, Rancho is the worst map in the game. The scrub brush is just so annoying. This map looks like a contender for possible top 2 maps or number 1
A desert map should be pretty open and barren. Vegetation should be sparse, to make the most use out of what little water they get. The areas that have more dense coverage are usually only found by water areas like ponds, creeks and rivers.
Would you recommend me switching to PC from Playstation?

Tbh, I'm suspicious of how good the initial spawns have been for content creator maps. Somehow suspect it won't be like that for the rest of us upon mass release...
So you’re saying EW is purposely modding their new map only for content creators despite them having such a strong stance against mods?
All of the dlc maps I had I can't play those maps should I be able to go on the dlc maps when the new map comes out
I hope so! What I would try to do is uninstall and install the game back and see if the dlc’s work again

Hey Flinter I just killed a Great One whitetail on Mississippi after not playing the map since its release. I haven't even gotten a diamond whitetail so I'm pretty happy.

Actually it makes plenty of sense. They get initial spawns, then they kill animals and those animals respawn and then respawn again and eventually something cool spawns.
