The box on the cupboard door is pretty clever! All it needed was a little time spent covering it with something more attractive... and actually collaging paper over cardboard makes it much sturdier! :D
The "flimsy cardboard thing" was a magazine holder. Magazine holders actually come in different materials (cardboard, plastic, even metal) and can be useful for organizing things besides magazines.
Since I had them on hand for shipping things I was selling, I used free boxes from the post office (they're pretty sturdy), angle cut them like magazine holders and covered them in plain white paper (so I could doodle on if I wanted). I use them to organize manuals, magazines and mail on my desk. It didn't take long to put them together and they've lasted pretty well. I get two organizers from one of the medium-sized rectangular boxes. They could be hung, lined up on a shelf or used in a drawer or cabinet to keep things tidy.
My sister used to do one kinda like the drill one when we were younger and still burned CDs. When she would make CDs, to decorate the blank label on the CD, she would put the CD in a portable CD player and rig it so that it would turn on and spin the cd while the cover is open, and she’d turn it on so the disc would spin and she would do those same types of designs on the burned CD labels. I was so amazed with her creativity at such a young age

Ah sweet art hack tests. How I missed thee . XD. Love these videos so much Oh question for you chloe, have you ever found the other missing glue guns XD.
I would suggest coloring with a tombow duel brush pen on a ziplock/plastic baggy to apply the ‘ink’ and then, using another tombow duel brush pen, go over the water based juice on the ziplock, to transfer colors and make a beautiful blend. You can use a tool to draw circles it looks like tongs with one part with a mini sharp thing and the other thing has a detachable pencil. You can find it in a store that sells school supplys
The rubber band eraser is probably why in erasers in Europe a "rubber". I love the box in the cabinet hack. An interesting idea but what made it great is when you stated it was "disgustingly ugly". My mind was thinking, okay cool... some decor on it, perhaps a pretty drawer liner, maybe pretty card stock paper... but as soon as you said disgustingly ugly I couldn't help laughing so hard.
The drill bit (pun intended) was funny. By the way, there is a better way to make a perfect circle that doesn’t involve your finger. It’s called a compass. They sell them at most dollar stores.
Drill hack - using the pencil is a good tip. A shorter pencil would work better. Then use a less floppy paper, like watercolor or light card stock, attached to the eraser with a bit of hot glue. Box on inside of cabinet - definitely my favorite. Lots of heavy duty tape, though it sucks to clean off later, a sturdy box or Dollar Tree plastic bin, and some decorative fabric, paper, or paint to make it prettier.
I cannot believe I am going to admit this but here goes.. I loved the pencil one to the phone case and the box to the cupboard door. Personally being a crafter, I would have covered the box in some sort of paper with a lovely design. Great Idea, I have so much artist things and crafting things that I do need to sort storage out. Happy Crafting.
For the drill, next time put a thumb tack through the paper 📃 and stick it into the eraser on top! Smaller hole and more secure paper, maybe even use a small canvas board that is stiff. Love these videos Chloe!! ❤
