    Sir.. My real life experience hai..... Selftalk is everything.... Jab mai padai ke samay padtatha tab sochta tha ki... Muje yad aayega na... N same thing happen in exam Hall that i never remember ans... But when next study time i selftalk that i remember everything thing and automatically I remember in exam..
