I think I am a combination of both pitta and cough So, 2 things for each. 1. Wake up before 6 am 2. Take sun bath for motivation 3. Keep body cool by going for early morning walks, taking evening bath in summers 4. Reading more aitobigraphies ans self help books. Also, I am already doing regular coconut oil massage on my headm So that is there. Thank you so much for this video. It gave me the much needed clarity of why i am the way i am and how can i manage things better in my life. Thank you very much.
