    I'm an Ayurveda Doctor, and I would say It's brilliant presentation of ancient knowledge. The comparison of personalities were settled so closely. The only thing is to correct is curd never corrects pitta, even in cold form. Otherwise, everything is applicable. Kudos to content writer, worth to share it.

    Research bahut achi ki hai but sabka thoda thoda asar hai jaise kam dost rakhna jaldi alas ana lekin vahin dusri aur muscular hona aag lagna ...bahut sari cheeze hai dhyan rakhne layak main yahan se sabka thoda thoda leke changes lana chaunga jaise consistensy on sleeping and wakingup style avoid of fast and oily food totally....this video should be repeated daily its really useful to understand ourself

    I think I am a combination of both pitta and cough
    So, 2 things for each.
    1. Wake up before 6 am
    2. Take sun bath for motivation
    3. Keep body cool by going for early morning walks, taking evening bath in summers
    4. Reading more aitobigraphies ans self help books.
    Also, I am already doing regular coconut oil massage on my headm So that is there. Thank you so much for this video. It gave me the much needed clarity of why i am the way i am and how can i manage things better in my life. Thank you very much.

    हम कफ प्रकृति प्रधानता वालों और आलसीयों को बस एक बार आलस्य या comfort zone रूपी circle (जो कि हाथ में बंधे हुए धागे और पत्थर के समान है जिसे गोल गोल घुमाया जा रहा है और यही आराम से गोल गोल घूमना हमारा comfort zone बन चुका है) और हम आलसी तो होते ही है तो इसी को normal समझ कर नॉर्मल जिंदगी कट रही होती है 😢
    पर मैं स्वयं और मेरे मित्रों यदि जीवन में वास्तव में कुछ बड़ा करना है तो दुनिया की दी हुई इस आरामदायक गोल गोल मज़ेदार जिंदगी से निकलना पड़ेगा 😮
    हमें बस एक बार अपने धागे पर बंधे हुए पत्थर (हमारे दिमाग) की सहायता से थोड़ा अतिरिक्त दम लगाना है साहस करना है शुरुआत में थोड़ी ज्यादा मेहनत करनी है और बस एक बार यह तमस से भरा हुआ आलस का धागा तोड़ लेना है फिर हम आगे ही बढ़ेंगे और अपनी सफलता पर पहुंचेंगे ही पहुंचेंगे, Potential तो हममे पहले से था जो हमे बस एक जगह गोल गोल घुमा रहा था
    अब जैसा भैया ने बताया कि हम दिमाग से तेज और वैचारिक प्रवृत्ति के होते है तो एक बार अपने आलसी मन को अपने निरंतर विचारों और कड़ी मेहनत से जीत लो, शुरुआत में बहुत दर्द होगा पर अनुशासन का पालन करो और जीतो अपने आलसी और भोगी मन को, फिर भैया ने जैसा कहा- हममे स्थिरता तो होती ही है तो इस आलस्य से निकली हुई स्थिति को हम maintain करके स्थिरता से अपने लक्ष्य की और बढ़ेंगे और होंगे कामयाब
    तो वीरों लग जाओ श्रेष्ठ विचारों और अनुशासन से खुद को जीतने में
    फिर तो we will be the best combination of कफ+पित्त +थोड़ा वात means minded,energetic,consistent,great philosophers and great achievers। 🔥भरो हुंकार😤और करो देश के लिए कुछ यूं रोने धोने में मत पड़े रहो ऐसे जीवन नहीं काटना🔥

    I am rising before 6 am and following a strict routine
    I am listening to music while studying and
    I am not eating sweet, fried and rotten food.
    Kapha prominent people face laziness so I am writing to do list to specify my tasks
    My morning routine is
    Waking - drinking warm watet - stretching, exercises - meditation - study
